This location fit my needs exactly since it reduced my travel time to prominent regions like the Bhiwandi industrial zone. Kalyan Junction connects me across MMR quickly. Birla College, Fortis Hospital, and the huge Metro Junction Mall all easily approachable. Rent here is rather reasonable, particularly in relation to the primary Thane region. My lone recommendations are that better organized waste management systems are really required and that the overall area infrastructure, namely footpaths, might benefit from certain improvements ahead of the anticipated Metro Line 5 station finally opening.

With the forthcoming Metro 5 connection promising massive capital appreciation, the infrastructure is booming. Serving the area are well-known Model College and K.D.M.C. Hospitals. I advise this location; it feels safe and the rental return is excellent. One area of advancement, though, is the dearth of well kept public parks and committed green areas.

There are also several job opportunities as it also has industrial and commercial hubs. Kalyan West also has several tourist places that attract lots of tourists every year such as Durgadi Fort, Kala Talao Lake, Malanggad, and many more.

This place is very famous and has several businesses, industrial and commercial zones along with good infrastructure. Several residential nodes attract several investments. Besides this area has better transport accessibility along with hospitals such as Meera Hospitals, and Apex Hospitals, and schools including P. St Xaviers International School, and D. Sacred Heart School found nearby.

Positives: We bought our Kalyan West flat as it strikes the ideal balance of cheap price and great urban facilities. Negatives: We occasionally have recurring power outages, which irritate us, and air pollution is developing into a severe problem requiring solution. The lack of appropriate parks and greenery for us and the children also has to be addressed immediately.

Negatives: Particularly along the main commercial arteries, we frequently encountered haphazard parking, which made it aggravating to locate a space following work. The air quality was also of increasing worry; at times, the environmental effects of quick urbanization felt very visible.

Negatives: Two things require rapid enhancement though. First, better maintenance and rapid cleaning of the area surrounding the station is required. Second, intelligent traffic management is needed as peak hour internal road traffic congestion is awful.
