This place would be a better place to stay for people who work in Electronic City and ITPL as it is comparatively cheaper than other places.

This place is well connected by trains, buses and other public transport. Schools, banks, ATMs, and hospitals are available nearby the locality. It is an excellent location with basic urban facilities. It is a fast-developing residential area with a high potential for capital appreciation.
