    Living in Perungudi, I actually feel at ease here. Staying close to my office helps me to save commuting time daily. Most of the time, I use the OMR road and my bike; occasionally, I grab the Perungudi MRTS. My street feels secure, and I like how lively this neighborhood is. Reach Apollo Speciality Hospital and Chettinad clinics is possible when I need them. I notice excellent local schools like DAV and Bala Vidya Mandir available for families. Weekend strolls close to the Pallikaranai marsh side are a delight for me. Many of my neighbors work in IT, hence I enjoy them. Because those influence daily comfort, I really want less dump yard stench and improved drainage shortly.

    The outstanding schools and general infrastructure in this region make me a content resident. Along the Rajiv Gandhi Salai are the enormous IT parks and SEZs that make up the neighborhood's nearby offices. Here, the well-developed civic amenities are what I adore the most. The great bus system linking Chennai's important regions is my major transportation asset. I believe the area's main safety state is satisfactory. One can readily reach fundamental amenities including Montfort School and Apollo Speciality Hospital. Generally speaking, I think it's evolving. The area has to get better at handling the terrible traffic congestion around the OMR intersection. A recent chain-snatching case close to the train station also raises safety concerns.

    I am happy here since I believe Perungudi is the ideal location for any IT hub professional. The fast five-minute journey to my office at the World Trade Center Chennai and the great availability of excellent eateries are two of my favourite things. As a tenant, I feel safe because the neighborhood is under thorough surveillance and always bustling. It's among the more expensive range for rent. RMZ Millennia and Ascendas IT Park are two close-by business venues. The rising high-rise housing projects now under construction seem like a hopeful future development. In my estimation, a big, well kept public playground or athletic facility is one thing missing and requiring considerable presence here.

    I am really content here since in my opinion, I reside in the center of Chennai's professional development corridor. Given the continuous increase in both rental and capital costs, my investment was certainly worthwhile. Through the OMR and the Taramani Link Road, my straightforward travel connection is great, and transportation is constantly available. I feel the area's safety status is normally good. Access to GEM Hospital and DAV Public School is very practical; greenery in the local DDA parks is fine. Mostly professional and educated, the community is. I believe two urgent projects are required: correcting the irregular waterlogging of the main road during strong rains and guaranteeing a dependable piped water supply to every road.

    Living here recently, I have so far had a great experience in Perungudi. Because of all the IT centers, I believe this is the main blood route of South Chennai. My perspective is that among the finest in the city is the road and railroad connections. I am amazed the government is about to do extensive infrastructure remodelling. The feel of the area is the finest feature. Large corporate centers like the World Trade Center Chennai are right next door. Easily available are bus transportation and MRTS link. The OMR is so nearby Phoenix Marketcity. Here along the major residential roads, I wish there were additional green parks and public areas.

    Investing in Perungudi is something I actually enjoy with great satisfaction. For the whole IT corridor, I think the location is very central. The OMR is right here, and the Perungudi MRTS station is right near my home, hence the connectivity is excellent. With excellent police patrols, we always feel secure. Nearby Velachery, we frequently get together at Phoenix Marketcity. D.A.V. Public School is where my children attend, and Apollo Speciality Hospital is close by. Future connection will be greatly aided by the next Metro extension to St. Thomas Mount. For us residents, the poor air quality that occasionally results from the adjacent trash yard is the sole major worry.

    A great location close to the busy IT corridor, Perungudi seemed quite safe. The many services include excellent education at Sangford Schools and superior medical care at Apollo Speciality Hospital. Though the Little Mount Metro was somewhat far, connectivity was excellent with the Perungudi Railway Station and simple access to OMR. Between several shopping malls and the tranquil Pallikaranai marshland close by, we found plenty of amusement. My grievance, however, was the cleanliness problem of inadequate trash removal and the ongoing traffic jams, which made OMR commute during rush hour irritating. It was the ideal spot for a working person looking for convenience and a strong community life even with the considerable congestion.

    I rented in this lovely Perungudi region because it is close to major IT parks and my commute is short. Between work and house life, the area appears balanced. I have rapid access to many schools, hospitals, and stores. The forthcoming metro projects reinforce my confidence in future connectivity. For daily groceries, I appreciate tiny parks as well as bustling street markets. Particularly for evening commuters, more bus shelters and better last-mile public transportation need to be the focus. Sometimes there can be a lot of traffic close to OMR. Though these are minor problems, I really like residing here with all I require. It strikes one as sensible, energetic, and practical.

    Perungudi is a great place to live. Life here seems modern and easy. This location appeals to me since it is exactly on the OMR IT corridor and travel to work is very convenient. Good schools nearby, dependable hospitals like Apollo OMR, and lots of stores and cafes meet my daily requirements. For quick travel, I often use buses and the Perungudi train station. Some lovely green pockets close to the lake and some fantastic new constructions are under way in the area. During the monsoon, I hope the inside roads and drainage are fixed more swiftly. Still, having a house here makes me very glad; I believe it is a wise choice.

Compared to several affluent South Chennai areas, this one is cheap and appears to be family friendly. More methodical public upkeep of inside lanes for even better living is one area I see could use some help.

    I live in this area and at this location I appreciate its harmony of labor and serenity. OMR lets me swiftly approach several IT departments. Reliable ambulance service and medical aid are available nearby. I like mornings close to wetland patches and on weekends I go by Perungudi lake. Everybody will find their daily commute simpler with the future metro stops. Compared with central Chennai, rents are affordable; families find nearby schools and groceries. Better waiting spaces at bus stops and more frequent inner shuttle buses would be appreciated for daily comfort. This location is one I gladly advise as a viable housing and investment choice.
