When we had bought our plot/home there it was not Developed but within last years population growth as well as density is continuously increasing due to infrastructural Developments like expressway and Metro projects and the rates are also increasing rapidly within 6 months and new sites for plots/real state is also coming and Public transportation is also improving and nearby Visiting places are Signature bridge Majnu ka tila DU and so on. With good connectivity from all over Delhi it also provides Local visiting places like Yamuna river front for evening view and parks for visiting and Temples which are famous locally like Annapurna Mandir and Balaji Temple of Sabhapur falls in Delhi. UP border is also lies after 2-5Km from Here. Sonia Vihar Extension have so many new Real estate sites with vast Number of plots with investment opportunities at affordable Prices. It is also having a government School on slope 4 and So many plenty of Private school having CBSE recognition. Wide roads and green areas are synonyms of Sonia Vihar as well as drainage system is also improved,House to House Pipeline project is under process,Metro line from Nanaksar is under construction and pushta road will be Wide within some times These features seems quiet promising for better future and Better investment in the area.
