    There are sufficient open spaces near SV Grandur and the flats encompassing allow an opportunity to watch the green side of the city, carrying treats to the eyes as they contact the skyline line. Hospitals are a lit bit far from this apartment. But it's not a big issue with travel with my car. This project has 82% of open space.
