About Greater Kailash, Delhi

Greater Kailash, better known as GK, is divided into three phases- GK1, GK2 and GK3 and is a posh residential neighbourhood in South Delhi. 

The first phase (GK 1) was developed in the 1960s by DLF Limited. Today, GK 1 houses several upper-middle to upper-class residents, politicians and business personalities. GK 2 is known for Block M and N markets with wide shopping, dining and coffee shops. GK 2 further expands to GK 3, the Greater Kailash region on the Outer Ring Road of New Delhi. 

Greater Kailash is connected by two metro stations on the violet (Kailash Colony Metro Station) and magenta (Greater Kailash Metro Station) lines. Its prime market has various luxury salons, boutiques, and eateries. The prices of real estate in this neighbourhood have always been high due to the abundance of amenities. Builder floors and separate villas are the main properties available in the Greater Kailash region.
