Horizon Orizzonte Knowledge Park 3 Greater Noida, Greater Noida

Horizon Orizzonte, a residential project by Horizon Concept Pvt. Ltd., was launched in Knowledge Park-3, Greater Noida, offering 1 and 2 BHK apartments with world-class amenities and thoughtful design. The project is strategically located near the Greater Noida International Airport.

A buyer filed a complaint against Concept Horizon Infra Pvt Ltd and its director Jeevesh Sabharwal, alleging offenses under IPC sections 415/409/420 r/w 120B, stating that despite paying Rs. 26,45,000/- for a studio apartment in the Orizzonte project by 2014, the apartment was not handed over as promised. The possession was supposed to be handed over by 2017, with an assured return of Rs. 26,450/- per month.

CONCEPT HORIZON INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED launched the residential project ORIZZONTE, which is expected to be completed by 17-Nov-2019. The project, registered under RERA No. UPRERAPRJ12539, includes 4 towers and 1242 residential units.

The Greater Noida bench of UP RERA ordered a forensic audit of Concept Horizon Infra Pvt Ltd for the Orizzonte project in Knowledge Park 3 after nearly 40 buyers complained. The order was issued because the builder did not adequately explain why it failed to pay assured returns to buyers or how it planned to complete the project, which was overdue by over two years.

The Orizzonte project by Horizon Group in Greater Noida's Knowledge Park 3 has been stalled due to mishandling of funds. Bookings were made in 2013, with completion expected by 2018, but the developer cited internal feud as the cause of the delay. A group of around 60 buyers filed a case in the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) in February 2018, alleging misappropriation of funds.

Homebuyers from 16 housing societies in Greater Noida West protested against delayed registry of their flats, alleging a nexus between the builder and the authority. They claimed that their demands have not been heard for over a decade and that promises made by political leaders during elections were not fulfilled.

The complainant had filed present complaint against respondent company Concept Horizon Infra Pvt Ltd and its director Jeevesh Sabharwal alleging offence punishable u/s 415/409/420 r/w 120B IPC. The case of the complainant is that respondent launched a project Orizzonte in Plot no. 22 Knowledge Park-III, Greater Noida, U.P..
