Indore's Collector Guideline Rates to Increase in 2,624 Areas from April 1

Property rates in over 2,000 areas of Indore will become more expensive starting April 1, 2026, with the implementation of new collector guideline rates for the 2026-27 financial year. Prices have been hiked in 2,624 out of 4,590 surveyed locations, showing an average district-wide increase of 26%.
