WSB Partners has invested Rs 75 crore in Omaxe Group to support residential plotted projects in Ujjain and Indore. This investment underscores the growing attractiveness of Tier II and III cities for institutional capital, driven by rising incomes and infrastructure development. The capital will be used for growth and working capital.
