I work in Madipakkam. I must say the area shows steady demand from families. I highlight strong bus connectivity, Velachery Metro access, and daily stores in this locality. I suggest DAV School and Dr Kamakshi Hospital nearby. I point out traffic congestion and drainage problems that need civic improvement.

Positives: Rental income is great; therefore, this is a good investment. I find Grand Square and DAV School to be lovely nearby. For rest, my family makes weekly visits to Madipakkam Lake.

Negatives: The quality of groundwater is rather bad. Narrow, crowded roads abound. Metro labour results in major traffic congestion.

Positives: Madipakkam, in my opinion, is quite reasonably priced and safe. My travel is Velachery railway station-based. Prince Matriculation is where my daughter attends school. Saraswathy Hospital is nearby. My family appreciates the tranquillity here.

Negatives: I get annoyed by water logging, broken streets, and inadequate streetlights. I despise monsoon flooding.
