I love how this locality is centrally located near the airport. My rental yield is excellent because of the nearby tech parks. My suggestions include investing here for future growth. However, the garbage dumping issues and lack of proper footpaths are my two major disappointments. We definitely need better waste management.

The roads close to the swamp, in my opinion, flood in the monsoon, and I hope the drainage will soon be better.

For my children, I am also glad that I have prestigious hospitals such as Dr. Kamakshi Memorial Hospital and V-Cure close by as well as universities like DAV and Narayana e-Techno nearby. Even at night I feel safe wandering around. With good rents nearby and future metro improvements promising more value, I am considering my investment here worthwhile. I am advising that much-improved streetlights and faster road repair are desperately required here shortly.
