I appreciate that Jerusalem College of Engineering has several students and Dr Kamakshi Memorial Hospital is nearby. I am leasing here for my job in Chennai, and I can easily go to work without lengthy commutes. Walking close to the wetland green spaces makes me feel secure, and for the room I have, I think the rent is rather reasonable. I believe the area is inexpensive when compared to others. The roads close to the swamp, in my opinion, flood in the monsoon, and I hope the drainage will soon be better.

Though the IT centres in OMR and Velachery are not distant, I believe they are not entirely in the city centre.
