Positives: This sector 102 feels very luxurious and modern because of all the new residential societies. Its great position directly on the Dwarka Expressway is its strongest point; once the road completely opens, access to Delhi and the airport is smooth. At Vatika Town Square close by, the shopping is amazing and we adore the wonderful conveniences. With the Suncity School campus here, education is excellent. Families would find the surroundings to be quite secure, green, and lovely.

Negatives: Still, I have two areas where I might improve. The absence of a nearby devoted Metro station now inconveniences us, making us reliant on taxis. Second, a lot of inner service roads are still under construction, which causes insufficient illumination in some regions at night. All in all, I advise it for modern, excellent living.

Negatives: Basic civic infrastructure was always aggravating given the large-scale constant building. An unpredictable water supply was something we frequently battled; hence, we had to depend entirely on private taxis since public transportation outside the project gates was non-existent. Most of the streetlights were out, which made the roads dangerous at night.

Positives: For the excellent connectivity, I relocated to Sector 102 along the Dwarka Expressway; now, I am quite at ease living here. With close airport access and Cyber City's central location. This was my first favourite! A big advantage is the area seems quiet and green. Rents are quite affordable. Nearby, we have excellent amenities like DPS School and Signature Hospital; the projected subway will be very advantageous soon. Part of the neighbourhood is secure, particularly within the community.

Negatives: Three crucial areas, however, require development. Few public transit alternatives exist, therefore last-mile travel is challenging. Furthermore, under development are the regional markets and retail outlets. We need more near daily shopping options. Finally, certain internal sector road links need to be properly finished to facilitate traffic flow and increase evening neighbourhood visibility.
