The Haryana Cabinet has approved a revised cost of ₹10,266.54 crore for the Gurugram Metro Rail project (Millennium city to Cyber city), a significant increase from the previous ₹5,452.72 crore. The project also includes a spur connecting Sector-5 to Gurugram Railway Station and aims to enhance urban transport infrastructure

BPTP Awards INR 488 Crore Construction Contract for Downtown 66 to NCC Limited

BPTP Limited has awarded a construction contract worth approximately INR 488 Crore to NCC Limited for its residential development, Downtown 66, located in Sector 66, Gurugram. The contract covers civil structure and finishing for a total construction area of approximately 1,79,302 Sq.mtr. This project,is situated along Golf Course Extension Road.

GMDA to Conduct Drone Survey to Identify Illegal Structures; Haryana to Procure 17358 AcresLand for Planned Sectors

GMDA will conduct a drone survey across 42 villages to identify illegal constructions and encroachments, following the issuance of 250 notices to violators, with survey results matched against revenue records for further action. The Haryana government is also initiating a land procurement drive to acquire 17,358 acres from 36 villages in Gurgaon for developing new planned sectors, managed digitally via the e-Bhoomi portal
