I feel at home here and delighted to be residing in Majiwada. As a renter, my life feels simple because my everyday requirements, businesses, and automobiles are constantly close by. Daily I travel Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway; many locals discuss the future Metro Line 4, which I await. For emergencies, I rely on Jupiter Hospital; nearby VPM Polytechnic is visited by a lot of students. Here, I lease for my work on the Thane and Powai side, and travel seems easy. The vegetation close to Upvan and Yeoor appeals to me. For the area, though, I think the rent is a bit high yet reasonable. Road dust and constant construction irritate me; hence, internal roadways should be immediately improved.

For premier comfort, my recommendations always call attention to the proximity to Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital. Nearby, Singhania and CP Goenka are great institutions that citizens gain from. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.
