Positives: I reside here as a tenant, and the central Thane area suits me. Here I receive fast deliveries, automobiles, and buses. I believe Majiwada still finds rents to be affordable, although not inexpensive. I hang around at Viviana Mall.

Negatives: Every day I contend with traffic jams and need internal road enhancements.

Positives: Beginning with my positive experience here, I derive a 3 to 4% rental yield. At Viviana Mall, my experiences seem safe at Jupiter Hospital, and they feel enjoyable. The Eastern Express Highway and forthcoming Metro allow me quick travel.

Negatives: My recommendations accept my negative encounter with daily traffic and poor open parking.

Positives: One aspect of Majiwada that makes it exceptional is that it joins Eastern Express Highway at one location with Ghodbunder Road. For weekends, I like the surrounding eateries as well as Viviana Mall.

Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.
