Positives I advise Majiwada as I think for families Thane West's most perfect starting point. Its advantageous placement near the intersection of Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway is, in my opinion, a major benefit. For premier comfort, my recommendations always call attention to the proximity to Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital. Nearby, Singhania and CP Goenka are great institutions that citizens gain from. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.

Positives Positives: Because my workplace is in the Lodha iThink hub, I rented Majiwada. It’s a good place, and the strong connection here to Ghodbunder Road is what I find most remarkable.
