The vegetation close to Upvan and Yeoor appeals to me. For the area, though, I think the rent is a bit high yet reasonable. Road dust and constant construction irritate me; hence, internal roadways should be immediately improved.

I recall how simple it was to access office centers like Ashar IT Park. I saw children going to Lodha World School and quality care at Bethany Hospital always available.
Things to Consider Negatives: I had a terrible encounter, though, with the building dust & pollution. Better cleanliness of the internal routes was required as well as more green spaces. I still miss the simplicity of that place.

Positives Positives: Thinking I might get a calm life and great returns, I put my money in Majiwada. My current knowledge is somewhat conflicted. Living in the middle of Thane has several advantages. CP Goenka International School and Jupiter Hospital are close here. The mood is very vibrant. For my future trip, I think the Metro Line 4 construction slated for Majiwada Junction looks good. I feel secure here, and my rental returns are rather respectable as well.
Things to Consider Negatives: But I am really let down by the extreme traffic. Urgent correction is required, in my opinion, for the monsoon waterlogging and persistent noise. I recommend rapidly mending the potholes. I would want situations to improve quickly.

Positives I advise Majiwada as I think for families Thane West's most perfect starting point. Its advantageous placement near the intersection of Ghodbunder Road and the Eastern Express Highway is, in my opinion, a major benefit. For premier comfort, my recommendations always call attention to the proximity to Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital. Nearby, Singhania and CP Goenka are great institutions that citizens gain from. Well-lit roads and gated cities like Rustomjee Urbania make the neighbourhood very safe for women at night. A major victory for me is the 4–7% rental return. Still, I think the monsoon waterlogging and peak-hour traffic have to be much improved. This is a change in way of life.

Positives Positives: Because my workplace is in the Lodha iThink hub, I rented Majiwada. It’s a good place, and the strong connection here to Ghodbunder Road is what I find most remarkable. The opening of the Kapurbawdi metro station will make travel much simpler for me. Usually, I buy at the neighbourhood Kapurbawdi marketplace. Jupiter Hospital is very handy. Weekend movies are something I love walking with my buddies to Viviana Mall for. I find the interior of my residence to be appealing.
Things to Consider Negatives: The major thoroughfares are rather congested. I am concerned regarding the dark internal lanes and the absence of late-night transportation. The most serious problem requiring resolution, I believe, is waterlogging during monsoons.

Strong connectivity through the Eastern Express Highway and Ghodbunder Road, and rapid access to Thane station and buses are things I find great. For everyday needs, I am happy with Jupiter Hospital and Bethany Hospital being close, as well as schools such as Singhania and DAV nearby. Even late at night, I feel secure here. Relaxing time at Viviana and Korum Mall, and the beautiful foliage close to Yeoor Hills is absolutely what I love. With consistent rental demand, I feel sure my investment is justified.
