The high population density of Sion, Mumbai, is one of its major negatives, resulting in concerns such as traffic congestion, pollution, and inadequate parking spaces. Because of its central location, the neighbourhood receives significant vehicular traffic, particularly during peak hours, making commuting difficult. I was a worker in the Park Sun industry in the area of Sion and I lived there for 25 years. The area became very positive for living and many industries and offices were built. The commuting system of the area is very sound and nature is also very healthy. The Sion hospital and KJ Somaiya Hospital are some of the famous hospitals in the locality. I felt the area is very congested and there are some parts where the development is yet to reach.
