BMC Introduces Amnesty Scheme for Housing Society Occupation Certificates

BMC is set to table an amnesty scheme aimed at granting occupation certificates (OCs) to thousands of housing societies that have been unable to obtain them due to deviations or additional constructions. The scheme will apply to societies built before November 17, 2016, and will allow legalisation upon payment of applicable charges, with a 50% concession on various fees for proposals submitted within the first six months.

Mumbai Marina Project Attracts Five Bids

The Mumbai Port Authority has received five bids for its Rs 887-crore Viksit Bharat Mumbai marina project. The project, twill be located east of 14 Victoria Docks in South Mumbai. It aims to accommodate 424 yachts and will include onshore facilities like a terminal building, hotel, clubhouse, and a yacht repair yard.

L&T Bags ₹7,000 Crore Contract for Mumbai Underground Tunnel Project
