These outskirts offer better value and potential for appreciation, though buyers may face longer commutes due to public transport limitations.

Bengaluru is set to get a new 110-km elevated corridor at an estimated cost of Rs 18,000 crore, including Rs 3,000 crore for land acquisition. The Detailed Project Report (DPR) has been approved by the technical advisory committee of the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA), and is expected to be sent to the state government for approval by September 25.
