I used to live in Sector 137 a couple of years ago before moving to Mumbai. The markets are 2 to 3 km away from the apartment where I lived and regular police patrolling in and around the neighborhood ensured safety and low crime rates. Parks and roads were well-maintained as well, and there were many restaurants where we spent most of our weekends. Cabs and autos were available too.

Being an owner, I can say that the locality has all the necessary things to fulfill the demand of the local people. I have never encountered issues such as power cuts, or shortages of water, and there is good availability of drinking water. The drainage system is well-maintained as well. Providing good schooling to my children has never been a problem due to all the well-reputed schools in close vicinity.

Sector 137 felt like a breath of fresh air. It is a secure, contemporary town. Simple to walk, the Sector 137 Metro Station on the Aqua Line enables fast and easy city commute. We were close to reputable medical care at Felix Hospital and great schools like SKS World School for basic services. Although we didn't have a big central mall, nearby several eateries and markets kept us amused. That was OK. I found very frustrating my primary objections, the poor garbage management system and the severe waterlogging during monsoon. But the lovely green belt along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway made this a desirable place to stay.

Living in this lovely area makes me feel rather ecstatic. It provides me with the serenity of a flawlessly designed suburb with outstanding connectedness. I decided on this location because of its proximity to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and FNG Expressway, as well as direct access to the Aqua Line (Sector 137 metro station). My family's daily requirements are quite well met: close by are institutions like Genesis Global School and SKS World School; for medical attention, Felix Hospital and Apollo may be swiftly reached. For daily refreshment, there are cafés, supermarkets and malls. I especially appreciate the enormous road systems here and the vegetation. Waterlogging can be a problem; thus, one area I believe could be better is drainage and supply. Still, for us, residing here seems to be a rather sensible course of action.

Given this area's contemporary vibe and accessibility, I purchased a flat here. Living here means I can easily reach major highways like the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and FNG Expressway as well as the Aqua Line station. Positives: Being an owner in Sector 137, I like the amazing trees and how secure I feel even late at night. Close to us are the Sector 137 Metro Station, Felix Hospital, and SKS World School. It's really wonderful to have direct access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. This region stands out for its broad, tree-lined thoroughfares and large community parks.

Negative

Negatives: In a few areas, the internal service lanes require immediate repair and better lighting. Near us, a big, committed daily vegetable market is very much wanting, that service is not there. Most of our income comes from little suppliers. Otherwise, the convenience and quality of life here are really outstanding.
