This project is really stunning, primarily because of the rare golf course facing and the very large-sized apartments. L&T Realty is a big, trustworthy developer, promising quality handover in an upper segment. Sector 128 is a securely gated and well-linked central hub directly off the Noida Expressway. Social life nearby is robust, with good schools such as Jaypee Public and prominent healthcare such as Max Hospital within reach. The features that are impressive include the huge floor plans designed to have great natural ventilation. This is indeed an expensive property but comes with best recreational amenities such as the gigantic clubhouse and several sports courts. Corporate centers like Infosys are shut. The only present drawback is the lack of much on-site shopping or nearby market services.
