Right from the first look of the society we could see how luxurious the environment was. The apartment was even more impressive. There was a good-sized balcony attached to the master bedroom. Plus the apartment was fully automated with a smart security system. We love our new apartment now.
I have seen so many other residential complexes but none of them compared to ABA County 107. Be it in terms of greenery and modernity, the apartment complex is amazing. The apartment we moved into is very modern. The apartment had a smart security system and alarm system. One of the main reasons why I chose to move here is because of the location. The complex is within a couple of kms from the Noida Expressway, so there is not much issue with connectivity.
When it comes to the benefits of this community, the transportation system is significantly better than it was previously because the government decided to construct a flyover bridge for the residents' convenience as well as improved transportation. In contrast to other metropolitan regions, we don't have power outages, and the locals are generally kind and encouraging. In terms of privacy as well, the place is excellent. There are no overlapping property walls or as such so there is scope of dispute.
It connects well. excellent quantity of parking spaces, close to excellent marketplaces for high school education and hotel services. There are several marketplaces close by, and the neighborhood is generally safe. The roadways are also generally sanitary and clean. The metro station is a good distance away, and my neighborhood has few street lights. The water quality is also subpar. Heavy traffic jams, difficult access to taxis, dim street lights, and poorly maintained parks are common problems.
I adore ABA County 107 for a multitude of reasons. Enough space exists in our utility room to accommodate a modest upright freezer, a dryer, and a washer. Above the utility room, we have a tiny attic area that we use for storage. Our patio is a good size, big enough to fit our barbecue, four seats, and a patio table. If we put the place back to its original condition before we leave, they're really fine with us doing anything we want to it.
Our apartment is a true gem, complete with an attic area, patio, and utility room. The attention to detail in the design is truly remarkable, making it one of the most well-equipped apartments I've ever had the pleasure of living in. The best part is that we are free to make modifications as long as we put the equipment back in its original form. This type of flexibility is extremely rare in most apartments, but our management recognizes and appreciates our distinctiveness.
If you'd like, you are welcome to have many pets, even large dogs. I've never lived in an apartment where we could adopt a second cat without having to worry about being evicted, until now. To insulate the large double window in the living room during the winter, they supply a storm window that can be installed over it. The construction quality of the complex is excellent so I don't think much maintenance will be needed.
The area of ABA County 107 boasts a number of highly esteemed educational establishments, as well as excellent road and park maintenance and infrastructure. The area offers many healthcare services and is well-secured with CCTV cameras. One of the main issues in this industry is noise pollution, and there is a dearth of public transportation options. Another issue is water logging. There aren't many retail shopping options there. But, the premises itself has its own plans for providing residents with all necessary items.
The roads here are in excellent shape, and street lights are placed. The major market is close by, offering food, clothing, and electrical products. The level of security in our community is increased by the excellent police patrolling. There is also plenty of water available. Poor traffic conditions might occasionally make it take ten to twenty minutes to get home. Well-run, reasonably priced hospitals are located distance from the city centre.
Our spacious apartment features a terrace, attic area, and utility room, with the option to personalize it as per our preferences. The unit also features a storm window for winter insulation and allows pets. The apartment also features a small garden, surprising us with its unexpected enjoyment. Ranch units have private entries, no common corridors or security doors, and no shared corridors. The flat has a wireless doorbell and street address, but no shared corridors or security doors.
