Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has capped the processing fee for transferring unregistered inherited properties among blood relations at ₹1,000. This move aims to provide relief to legal heirs and recognizes that inheritance transfers are matters of legal succession, not commercial transactions.

Key structures, including a ramp on the DND Flyway descending toward the Ashram intersection and an arch bridge over the Agra Canal near Kalindi Kunj, are nearing completion.
