Positives: Easily accessible through Karve Road and the Vanaz Metro, Kothrud was a perfect location in Pune's southwest. It was chosen for its excellent infrastructure. Near to prominent schools like Symbiosis, hospitals such as Sahyadri, and Kirti Supermarket. Living was quite practical, and the quieter streets transformed it into a memorable, pleasant place. Though it's undeniably pricey, the standard of life was great.

Negatives: Though a few things could have been improved, the community generally operated well. In some faraway regions, unauthorised construction projects caused problems. More frustratingly, we sometimes experienced waterlogging during strong monsoons due to drainage problems requiring extensive fixing. And roads are jammed during pick hours.

Negatives: Some inner thoroughfares require improved monsoon water drainage management, and we still encounter extreme peak-hour traffic congestion on the main veins. It is, not considering that, the finest location to have land.
