wakad is a fairly populated locality situated in the northern fringes of . stretching across approximately 2345 acres of land, the entire region has witnessed rapid development in real estate expansion over the last decade. presently, wakad stands to be one of the fastest-growing neighbourhoods of pune.

puneri metro, a metro project that will connect hinjewadi with shivajinagar, is under construction and is expected to be completed by 2023. this metro line will provide greater connectivity to wakad, making it an ideal place to reside in physical infrastructure.
