Positives: Certainly the great connection this region provides was the most benefits for me. Being close to the Mumbai Highway and having quick access to Hinjewadi at first drew me in. Then, my travel back then was effortless. With cars and cabs easily accessible, the transportation is excellent. The region is usually really secure, and I appreciated the simplicity of having excellent schools and hospitals nearby. The green cover was also very appealing to us.

Negative

Negatives: The first thing that truly bothered me was the heavy, bumper-to-bumper traffic congestion. Frequently riddled with potholes, the internal roads needed work. Though it's a burgeoning sector, municipal organizations must catch up.

Positives: I picked Mostly because of its exceptional affordability relative to its proximity to the Hinjewadi main IT corridor. For working people, this is a great place. We can easily locate PMPML buses, cars, and cabs as well as have good access to the Mumbai Highway. The Metro Line 3 to come also sounds good for future travel. Even late at night, it seems like a really secure and lively neighbourhood, everything necessary right here.

Negative

Negatives: Every day, peak-hour traffic causes a nightmare. It’s need proper road management. Particularly in the warmer months, the water supply is quite unpredictable in my country a major inconvenience.

Positives: Though it is the heart of recent growth, Wakad is not the core Pune city center. Having an owner here is wonderful given the rapid expansion and proximity to the enormous Hinjewadi IT Park. The area has great future potential, particularly given the approaching Metro Line 3 will increase connection. Life is made quite easy thanks to the great schools and hospitals nearby. Because of its superb social life and road connections, like the Mumbai Highway, Wakad is certainly advised.

Negative

Negatives: Smoother management of Wakad Chowk's peak-hour traffic bottleneck is needed. The following major change would be a constant, adequate supply of water throughout all areas of the community.

I advise customers to Wakad because it is one of the fastest-growing areas in Pune. Wakad is unique for its immediate connection to Hinjewadi IT Park, Paud Road and the Mumbai-Pune road, therefore sustaining demand. Good metro plans like Wakad Chowk station and Line 3 provide long-run benefits. From inexpensive to mid-premium, properties range, and recent pricing trends show consistent appreciation. Strong demand from IT specialists drives good yields in rental. Nearby are top universities, including Alard and EuroSchool. Mall like Xion and Vision 9 are nearby, as are hospitals like Lifepoint and Aditya Birla Memorial serve the region. Traffic control and improved stormwater drains and parking are the immediate solutions in my opinion.

I recently relocated to Wakad, and I am actually rather quite ecstatic. Wakad seems to be a good fit on the western edge of Pune; I get to Hinjewadi rapidly. The Wakad Chowk metro and BMTC buses shorten my commute. I see that some lanes still stink after torrential rains even though the sewage drains are mostly clear. The abundance of stores, coffee shops, and stores close by astounded me most. For me, compared to central Pune, the perfect scenario would be green open areas and more subdued roadways. Nearby, I find Aditya Birla Memorial and Lifepoint hospitals as well as EuroSchool, a school nearby. Being near business centers also helps me. More evening parking capacity, I believe, would benefit people like me.

I am pleased with my investment here. Living in Wakad with my family, I love mornings. Wakad connects via Paud Road, the Mumbai-Pune highway, and the Hinjewadi IT corridor, though it is not in the heart of Pune. Travel will be quicker thanks to the future Pune Metro Line 3 and Wakad Chowk station. Buses and autos are often seen in my area. One short walk away are daily necessities, stores, and medical facilities. Green spaces and designs around my block mark the neighbourhood. I feel safe with the usual police patrols. Balewadi High Street is my favourite place to hang out. My child attends EuroSchool, and the neighbouring hospital, Lifepoint Multispeciality, is where I visit. Heavy peak hour Wakad Road traffic is my first worry.

Positives: I think I relocated for a Hinjewadi IT employment. Daily transportation becomes rather simple thanks to the bus, PMPML services, and a great many of automobiles. I can say Mumbai-Pune Expressway road links are easy. A brief journey brings me to hospitals such as Alpha Superspeciality, NRS, and Aditya Birla Memorial. I can confirm that my purchasing requirements are covered by Xion Mall and Vision 9, and nearby are my markets. For work commutes, I believe the Hinjewadi and Pimpri office centres are nearby. I can point to some modest parks with good tree cover nearby.

Negative

Negatives: Living here, I believe, costs less than in downtown Pune. Still, I would say quick repairs are required for traffic during peak hours and drainage. I suppose generally living here suits me.

Positive

Positives: Wakad offered cosy lodging possibilities. It is in close proximity to the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi. For the next travel, the Hinjewadi-Civil Court Metro Line 3 was fascinating. At Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital, we had trustworthy medical care. The adjacent Parihar Chowk Garden was the best park for a quiet stroll.

Negative

Negatives: Particularly close to the highway, Wakad has to address traffic congestion at peak hours right away. Poor drinking water quality and a water shortage plagued the residential districts continuously. Also, the overall air and noise pollution is a major problem that calls for ongoing monitoring. Many internal roads need mending as well since they still contain craters and poor surface quality.

Positives: I recently relocated to Wakad. It has proven to be a wise decision for my career. Reducing the daily commute was my top aim. Therefore, the rent felt justifiable given being this near to Hinjewadi IT Park. The area is really beautiful. I appreciate how nearby are basic amenities such Lifepoint Hospital and excellent eating establishments. Furthermore, revitalising is the closeness to the Balewadi Stadium neighbourhood.

Negative

Negatives: Peak-hour traffic around the Wakad flyover irritates me. It really needs more planning and expansion. Moreover, the municipal water supply is inconsistent. The area needs a civic body that can resolve the drainage and traffic issues.

Positives: This neighbourhood has a strong, fast-paced, metropolitan vibe. The connection to the Hinjewadi IT hub is best. Line-3 will shortly have the Wakad Chowk Metro Station. Walking here both day and night I feel absolutely secure. Life Point Hospital and Indira College for education are close by. Our fashionable hangout is Balewadi High Street, where the plants are average. One big benefit is being close to the Mumbai Highway.

Negative

Negatives: Better peak-hour signal management is required for traffic congestion. Furthermore, local market cleanliness could be enhanced. More municipal services are needed. Though I am glad to be here, better public facilities would make Wakad absolutely ideal.

Positives: I put money in Wakad since its proximity to the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park assures a great and dependable rental return. IT professionals have a never-ending demand. Nearest metro connectivity will be via the upcoming Metro Line 3, but the Aundh-Ravet BRTS Road and local bus stops offer good bus and auto services now. The quick expansion of social infrastructure, including nearby Xion Mall and many food alternatives—is what appeals to me most. My investment makes an accessible starting point. I believe it is safe locality.

Negative

Negatives: Rising pollution levels brought on by the freeway and heavy vehicle movement worry me most; hence, tight rules are required. Inefficient drinking water quality occasionally frustrates greatly.

Positives: Wakad's attraction is its change from conventional agricultural land into a contemporary, reasonably priced residential center right alongside Pune's IT corridor. The quick journey to Hinjewadi, where my job is, helps me to much simplify my life here. Particularly excellent schools like EuroSchool and hospitals like Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital provide access to great amenities that I value. The Mumbai Highway (NH-48) and the approaching Pune Metro Line 3 offer the simplest connection. The availability of little parks and the stunning green cover improve the beauty of the neighborhood.

Negative

Negatives: But it's the never-ending scarcity of water that really offends me. Furthermore, the intense peak-hour traffic at Bhumkar Chowk presents a significant daily battle.

Positives: Living as a tenant in Wakad, I find the rent to be high. Thus, it is now rather pricey. Its beauty lies in its near closeness to social centres such as Xion Mall and the Hinjawadi IT hub. With Lifepoint Hospital close by and Indira College bringing buzz to the area, we are fortunate. Though roads are by far the mainstay of transportation, the future Line 3's Dange Chowk Metro Station promises improved connection, something I am most anxiously awaiting.

Negative

Negatives: Peak hour traffic is really crazy. The bad state of internal service roads and the unending construction dust. Making living here really pleasant requires less pollution and improved drainage systems.

Living so close to the Hinjewadi IT Park gave me such a strong sense of purpose. Wakad was a vibrant place. The wonderful road system, including the Mumbai Highway, and the planned Metro Line 3 offered flawless future connection made my experience there very practical. In our neighbourhood, safety was never a concern. With respected schools like Euro School and dependable healthcare at Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital, the region had strong social infrastructure development. Entertainment was easily accessible at Xion mall not far away. Daily life was needlessly stressful because of limited water supply and heavy peak-hour traffic congestion. The difficult city services Despite those fundamental civil growing pains, it was a booming, well-placed spot.

I selected this locality because it is exactly next to the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. It significantly lowers my travel time. Though the rental pricing here is reasonable given everything's access. In my opinion, this area is Pune's top, very useful IT corridor. I like the growth of the region, which includes the numerous parks and the hope of the forthcoming Metro Line 3 for smooth urban transit. From Star Bazaar for purchasing to excellent eating alternatives like Barbeque Nation, all needs may be found. The neighborhood is active; safety is good. My primary worries are the intense traffic congestion during rush hours and the consequent elevated pollution levels that demand strong regulation. This lively, well-connected neighborhood is the perfect setting for my career.

Driven by its nearness to Hinjewadi IT Park, this area offers rapid appreciation potential that I find quite appealing. Ensuring a more consistent and sufficient water supply throughout all societies is the only aspect that still requires work. This spot provides a great mix of contemporary living and practicality.

Driven by its great location next to the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Wakad is a wonderful investment destination providing locals with plenty of work prospects. Through the Mumbai Highway and Aundh-Ravet BRTS Road, this area has excellent connectivity that greatly simplifies daily travel. Good social amenities including respectable schools like EuroSchool and hospitals such as Lifepoint Multispeciality Hospital help to create a rich environment; varied and usually inexpensive housing choices are also available. Though it boasts close proximity to nature, the area needs infrastructure improvements urgently to solve the ongoing problems of water supply deficit and severe peak-hour traffic congestion.
