Kumar Piccadilly's prime location at Wakad and the credibility of the developer render it an attractive option for clients desiring quality residential spaces.

Our apartment is actually very thoughtfully designed. Living room is wide and seems quite big compared to our last place. There is a pooja room along with two enclosed balconies so we can enjoy the fresh air. The toilets are a little small but we can deal with that.

I was surprised to see that the price was as low as it was. A lot of 800sq.ft. apartments (ours is 811sq.ft. 2bhk one) are very expensive in Pune but Kumar Piccadilly offers solid choices for people with a tight budget.

This project is perfectly suited to my family needs, providing comfort and convenience.

The spacious layouts and contemporary amenities are commendable. I love this place.

I bought a 2bhk apartment here for me and my mother two weeks ago and I’m very pleased with how the experience has been so far. Needed somewhere quiet, spacious, and cheap, and Kumar Piccadilly seems to provide that exactly. The park areas around the development are a nice perk too.

Amenities here are standard, not extravagant. There is power backup for when the electricity is cut, and water supply 24/7. My mother really appreciates the lift since she has arthritis and can’t climb stairs easily. Security is present at the main gate 24/7.

Piccadilly also has a few leisure facilities for tenants. My mother prefers staying home but I go down to the clubhouse most evenings to chat with the other neighbors. There’s also a swimming pool and gymnasium for us, but I haven’t used either much. Have noticed they are kept very clean and well maintained, however.

The costs appear slightly on the higher side when compared to comparable projects in the area.

I think surrounding infrastructure development is still lagging behind.
