Living here is a pleasure; my experience in this brief time has been great. Here I feel safe; in the mornings, the neighbourhood is tranquil and lovely. Certainly along the primary Wakad Road, which links me perfectly to the major city highways, is my simplest way of travel. Everything is close by, therefore my everyday life is so simple. The setting of the community directly beside the IT center is ideal. The children attend EuroSchool Wakad; Lifepoint Hospital is quite nearby. Walking around the nearby parks gives me great pleasure. Generally, I am enjoying my life here, and the people are friendly. The sole urgent upgrades are better governance of overall air contamination very quickly and the larger potholes on the smaller inner roads.

Our apartment is actually very thoughtfully designed. Living room is wide and seems quite
big compared to our last place. There is a pooja room along with two enclosed balconies so
we can enjoy the fresh air. The toilets are a little small but we can deal with that.

Piccadilly also has a few leisure facilities for tenants. My mother prefers staying home but I
go down to the clubhouse most evenings to chat with the other neighbors. There’s also a
swimming pool and gymnasium for us, but I haven’t used either much. Have noticed they are
kept very clean and well maintained, however.
