I love this locality because it’s the future Manhattan of Hyderabad. Commuting to the Financial District takes much less time via the ORR. Having Continental Hospital nearby is so helpful. The lake views and greenery are stunning here. Sadly, we suffered from the constant construction noise and lack of municipal water supply.

I am really delighted to be a renter in Kokapet. Being right next to the Financial District, where I work, my time here is really fantastic. The primary benefits of this area, in my opinion, are the freshness of the air from Gandipet Lake and the trees. For transportation, I utilise the Raidurg Metro Station, which serves mostly us residents. For any medical needs, I advise Continent Hospital; having CBIT college nearby is really beneficial. The price is somewhat high but warranted for the way of living. Lack of street lights on interior streets and severe construction dust are two of my irritations. The frequency of public buses at night is the primary issue needing a revamp.

Kokapet should be recommended as it represents the future of Hyderabad luxury living. Its position just on the Outer Ring Road is unique for IT experts, in my opinion. My recommendations always centre on the airport and the quick journey to Gachibowli. I see locals enjoying excellent care at Continental Hospital and top colleges like Rockwell International. Because of the high-end security and exclusive gated developments, I consider the area at night particularly safe for ladies. The local parks for unwind and the scenic views of Gandipet Lake are favorites. My clients have a very large rental yield. Nevertheless, I think better public transportation and excessive house prices need immediate attention.

For my morning walks, the greenery surrounding Gandipet Lake is lovely. High rental returns from IT professionals make my investment really worthwhile.
