Hyderabad's commercial real estate sector is poised for significant expansion in 2026 with multiple large-scale office developments expected to become operational. Projects in Kokapet, Financial District, HITEC City, and Nanakramguda will add millions of Sq ft of Grade-A office space. This expansion is expected to support corporate growth ,commercial corridors, demand for residential housing.

Hyderabad's real estate market is showing maturity and stability, driven by IT - GCC expansion, and infrastructural upgrades. Premium residential developments are nearing handover, such as Sumadhura Olympus in the Financial District, offering modern homes with lifestyle amenities. New ultra-luxury projects are also launching, like Rajapushpa Skyra in Neopolis, emphasizing low-density, high-rise living with ample green spaces.

ASBL has launched its flagship luxury residential project, ASBL Broadway, in Hyderabad's Financial District. The project features spacious apartments with premium amenities and achieved ₹1,000 crore in sales on its launch day. Possession is expected by December 2029.ASBL Broadway will feature three high-rise towers with G+50 floors, comprising a total of 885 three-bedroom apartments.

The Telangana government has introduced the Hyderabad Industrial Lands Transformation Policy (HILTP) to convert industrial land within and near the Outer Ring Road (ORR) into integrated urban spaces. This policy allows for the development of apartments, townships, commercial centers, schools, hospitals, and parks. A development impact fee will be levied on plot conversion.

The facility will initially employ 1,300 employees this year. The center will focus on IT, supply chain, procurement, human resources, finance, and accounting.
