It was so wonderful to reside in Noida's Sector 73. For families especially, with the well-maintained community compounds and excellent street illumination around the main roads, it seemed very secure. Connectivity was a big advantage. I was a fast trip from both the Noida Sector 51 and Sector 52 Metro stations, therefore making it simple to get around. Adjacent were well-known institutions such Sapphire International and first-rate medical care at Fortis Hospital. A Square Mall was just around the corner entertainment-wise. The infamous Vikas Marg traffic during rush hour could be a nightmare. Moreover, I wished more readily available public gardens and green areas could be used for rest in the local area.

Living as an owner in tis sector makes me very happy. Precisely what I had hoped for from this thoughtfully designed region, my life here is quite quiet. This place's great investment potential and great connection led me to select it. Easy access to everyday necessities like local markets, great hospitals like Kailash, and premium institutions like Raghav Public School helps us. With the Sector 52 Metro Station within easy distance and the Noida Expressway close, travel is easy. Stable and welcoming throughout the whole community, the civil facilities are usually first-rate. My general experience is great. The only issue is the internal infrastructure in some old areas. Narrow roadways and poor drainage afflict some areas, which results in mild waterlogging in the rain.

With quick access to Vikas Marg and stations for the Noida metro in Sector 51 and Sector 52, the location provides great connectivity. For kids' schooling, nearby schools are Raghav Public School and Apeejay School. Tripathi and Yatharth's hospitals are close for emergencies, therefore providing some relief. The cost was reasonable relative to many central Noida areas and the infrastructure appears contemporary, spotless, and safe. I would like more shaded seating and community benches in the parks to help one to appreciate evenings better.

I selected it mostly for its rapid 5 minute approach to the Noida Electronic City Metro Station. Having well-known choices like Fortis Hospital and good schools nearby gives true peace of mind. Connectivity is perfect. I haven't seen any significant crime-prone areas. Rents are unexpectedly reasonable for this convenience. It's also a highly secure neighbourhood. Simple drives to the malls cover entertainment. Although I like it, there are two little gaps, the dearth of decent neighbourhood cafes for weekend get-togethers is evident, and the public park landscaping might use some work to make it a great chill place. All in all, renters would find it a terrific spot.

Positives: Mostly for work and money reasons, I believe I choose Sector 73. The Aqua Line metro (Sector 51/52) supports my daily commute. Local vehicles and buses connect me rather well with Noida and Delhi. I may attest that hospitals like Max and Motherhood are accessible when required. For my shopping needs, I believe DLF Mall of India and Logix City Centre cover me.

Negatives: There are a few parks, but green coverage is constrained, I can say. Compared to Central Noida, I find the rents rather cheap. Families will benefit from additional clean public parks, so I can say more. I believe that safety lights in parks would aid. All things considered, it meets my current daily needs. At Tripathi Hospital, we have first-rate healthcare. Educational opportunities nearby are like Raghav Public School. The Purana Shiv Mandir is the special location to go; nearby marketplaces are fantastic.

Negative

Negatives: The proximity to the Delhi-Meerut Expressway is a big benefit as there is good greenery. Particularly close to the Vikas Marg junction, the traffic jam during peak hours is actually annoying. The bad maintained internal roadways and pavements needing quick attention. For more entertainment choices, this area really needs a large, committed shopping mall or multiplex.

Negatives: I am worried about the ongoing problems with the drainage system, especially during monsoon season, which is offensive. Better street illumination and better regional police patrolling would even improve the sense of safety here.
