Noida Central is the oldest and closest residential market to Delhi and has good connectivity by road. The sectors in Noida Central are Sector- 52 to Sector-122. Most of these sectors are saturated with industrial plots and residential plots allotted by development authority. Infosys is also planning to start the construction of its largest campus in Noida.  Samsung is already inaugurated its world's largest mobile phone factory in Noida it will also boost the property market in this region.Connectivity:Noida city center metro station is 2.5 km away which connects with Delhi and over 50% of the total population travels to Delhi every day. Proximity with Noida Expressway also helped the daily commuters to travels in other parts of the Delhi NCR. Social Infrastructure:The locality has all kinds of social amenities like educational institutions such as Nehru International Public School, Dharam Public School, Kothari International School, and Manav Rachna International School etc., and health care services including hospitals and nursing homes such as Lifecare Hospitals, Cloudnine Hospitals, Apollo Hospital, Prayag Hospital and Research Centre etc. and with key retail malls such as Spice World Mall, Shipra Mall and The Great India Place Mall.
