Living on Ghodbunder Road makes me quite glad. I believe the most significant benefit of this region is the breathtaking view of Yeoor Hills. For a tenant like me, having everything like DMart and huge shopping malls close by is most beneficial. Transportation is provided by local TMT and BEST buses. The soon-to-be Metro Line 4 is also employed for planning for the future. For medical attention, I recommend Jupiter Hospital; my college-going buddies often mention the Dnyan Ganga Education Trust. The well-lit roads allow me to have great experiences with safety. I think the rent is reasonable. The sound of large trucks irritates me. The fundamental issue is the constant metro construction dust that calls for improvement.

The most balanced Thane lifestyle option, in my opinion, is Ghodbunder Road, which is what I would advise. I believe the distinct perspectives of the Yeoor Hills and Ulhas River distinguish it. I recommend it for the flawless Western and Eastern Express Highways connection. Families receiving excellent care at Titan Hospital and sending their children to Hiranandani Foundation School abound here. Due to the vivid, large roadways and continuous traffic, I consider it extremely secure for women at night. I adore the amusing Suraj Water Park and the walking paths at Gaimukh Waterfront. I observe a high rental yield here. Still, I think the high water tankers and morning traffic congestion should really improve.

With mountains, lakes, and greenery surrounding Sanjay Gandhi National Park, I am beginning to believe this region is very lovely. With frequent buses and automobiles, I am strongly linked to Thane station, the Eastern Express Highway, the Western suburbs, and Borivali. I am glad schools like Hiranandani Foundation School and hospitals like Jupiter Hospital and Hiranandani Hospital are near. Even at night with busy streets and security, I feel secure. For outings, I like Viviana and Hypercity, among others. I sense my money is justified. I am advising urgent upgrades in traffic management throughout peak hours and improved monsoon drainage.

Positives: I want to convey my real good emotions and some disappointments about Ghodbunder Road. In my view, the nearness to Sanjay Gandhi National Park ensures much cleaner here air. Living in a high-rise culture has been great for me, mostly due to the clean surroundings and engaged community. For families, having close-by schools such as Hiranandani Foundation School is a huge advantage. Every line of my visit here mirrors this region's rise as a premium hub.

Negatives: I do have a few negatives to call out, though. One service gap on the main road is the lack of enough public parking. Moreover, some blocks can have an inconsistent water supply. I wish the municipal authority would quickly improve these services.

Positives: I am a happy and content owner, and I find Ghodbunder Road wonderfully placed between the Eastern and Western Express Highways. From my point of view, having such near emergency facilities as Titan Hospital is a great fortune. Because of prominent amenities like Viviana Mall, I find this place very easy to use. For a calm life, the bus link to Borivali and Thane terminals is quite useful. With the gated security in my building, I feel quite secure here. R Mall is the nearest excellent shopping. Also, I like restaurants like The Yellow Chilli.

Negative

Negatives: Finally, I get very irritated by the potholes and heavy traffic congestion during monsoon season. These significant issues now require urgent consideration.

Positives: I had a really active life and resided near Ghodbunder Road. The most appealing shopping malls were Viviana and R Mall. The abundant bus services and simple highway access benefited me greatly. My preferred location nearby, Upvan Lake, took up my weekends. I worked in the Wagle Estate office hub, so it was an effortless trip. I found Vedant Hospital's medical care and Hiranandani Foundation School's education to be of great worth. For me, the gated communities seemed very safe and secure.

Negative

Negatives: The severe dust from the highway building did not treat me well. I believed rapid action was necessary in the area of pollution control. I miss the vistas from the hill as well.

Positives: Compared to Mumbai, rent is cheap. The mountain view and the chilly breeze from Sanjay Gandhi National Park are among the main assets of this location. To get to Thane station, I take the local buses. For my weekly groceries, I usually go to Korum Mall or the Hypercity market. I feel secure here as Horizon Hospital is not far off, and the major roadways are always congested.

Negative

Negatives: Lack of late-night transportation makes it difficult to go home after 11 p.m. Hence, this is my primary challenge. I believe the street lighting and drainage system in the inside lanes should be modernised. I am very tired of the peak-hour traffic at Gaimukh.

Negatives: Long travel is the worst experience I have. Every day I handle jams and want subway modernization.
