Mumbai Metro Line 9 Partial Opening Set for Republic Day
The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) will inaugurate a 4.4 km section of Metro Line 9 on Republic Day, January 26, 2026. This section includes four stations: Dahisar East, Pandurangwadi, Miragaon, and Kashigaon. This partial opening is expected to provide relief to commuters, while the full line is expected to be operational later, improving connectivity in the northern parts of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
