The place is actually ideal for great connectivity via the Mira Road railway station and the Western Express Highway is the main benefit here, it makes my daily commute quite manageable. The approaching Metro Line 9 has me quite enthusiastic. The area is lively and feels extremely safe with excellent schools, several multispecialty hospitals like Sunrise, offering us a great liability score are also many of eating and retail alternatives. The calm, green belt regions that give a reviving respite from the bustle of the city are my favourites. But I have seen that some low-lying regions suffer major waterlogging and sewage problems during strong monsoon seasons, therefore improvement is obviously needed for all-year comfort.
Particularly interesting to Mumbai commuters, Mira Road East provides outstanding value for money and good investment potential. With the Western Express Highway, the Mira Road railway station, and the Metro Line 9 coming, which will greatly improve regional travel, the area has excellent connections. With excellent schools and hospitals like Sunrise nearby, educational and healthcare resources are abundant, therefore guaranteeing families high livability ratings. Because of its affordability when compared to Mumbai and continuing residential development, like Prestige Garden Trails. This area draws consistent rental revenue. Although the region is growing quickly, the sewerage disposal and waterlogging problems in some areas during strong rains need immediate attention for ongoing community development. Providing great lifestyle benefits without the high price tag, this is absolutely the ideal suburban entrance to Mumbai.
Positives: To be honest, I've enjoyed renting here in Mira Road East. The great connection is the best feature. My travel toward Mumbai is seamless since the Western Express Highway and Mira Road railway station are so near, which is vital for my job. I find also appealing that the neighbourhood is self-sufficient with first-rate amenities, famous schools, hospitals like Sunrise, and many eating establishments right in. the area provides me with excellent money for value.
NegativeNegatives: The Western Express Highway during rush hours may be exceedingly irritating in terms of traffic congestion. Seasonal waterlogging and sewage disposal issues show up in some older sections of the region when the monsoon rains are really severe.
Positive: I had selected Mira Road East first because it represented good value for money with fabulous connectivity through the Western Express Highway and railway station. The locality was well-cared for, having reputed schools like St. Wilfred's and hospitals like Sunrise Hospital nearby. My experience there was pleasant because of the emerging infrastructure and the variety of eating joints. It definitely was an affordable locality with good future potential.
NegativeNegative: Some of the older pockets often experienced waterlogging and sewage disposal issues, particularly during heavy monsoon rains. Also, in some of the properties, the room sizes were surprisingly tiny compared to what one would expect for the price.
Positives: I've owned here for years now. I picked Mira Road East because the rent remains affordable as yet, in comparison to Mumbai. I just adore the accessibility, I get very good connectivity with the railway station, and the new Metro Line 9 coming up is great. To have the best hospitals like Sunrise and quality schools around really puts my mind at peace.
NegativeNegatives: That Western Express Highway road traffic gets absolutely bogged down during peak hour, it's a gigantic time-killer I worry about daily. Also, incessant rains always lead to frustrating waterlogging and sewerage problems in certain old pockets. These require immediate attention to rectify this infrastructure issue.
Mira Road East has been a good choice for my family. We were able to find a decent apartment in the area, and that too, at a reasonable price point. Also, the Metro 9 project is going to make commuting so easy in the near future. I am eagerly looking forward to the completion of this project. One more thing that I should mention is that I work in Goregaon, and my in-laws stay in Kandivali. Both places are not very far from Mira Road East. That is something we saw while investing in the locality.
NegativeThe few areas of improvement include more nightlife hubs in the locality, waterlogging issues every monsoon, and vendors clogging the footpaths.
Frankly speaking, I will give full marks to Mira Road East, in terms of the value that you get while staying here. If you consider the price points, then you will realize. You cannot expect a SoBo here, since the rates are rather affordable. There are multiple real estate societies and communities here, along with several pharmacies, clinics, schools, and other amenities. I commute to the MIDC every day by car, and so far, it has been rather smooth. The only thing is that traffic jams are a major issue in the main road, and that creates a little nuisance at times.
Positives: I shifted here and I adore the convenience of it, it's like a full-fledged city now. My favorite aspect is the superb connectivity with Mira Road station and Western Express Highway give me a hassle-free commute. I feel secure, and multiple schools and hospitals at walkable distances from my place give me such an edge. It's just the best value near Mumbai.
NegativeNegatives: However, is daily rush hour traffic on Western Express Highway it brings everything to a halt. I would really like them to seriously work on the drainage right away. Seasonal waterlogging and sewer problems in some old lanes crop up during heavy rains, which should be addressed immediately for improved infrastructure.
I find Mira Road East quite convenient to live in, particularly for its proximity to several zones in Mumbai. There are several community hubs, hospitals, banks, ATMs, pharmacies, and schools in the vicinity. Also, the Metro Line 9 project will boost the connectivity between Dahisar and Mira Road in the future. This is something that I excited about, since it will not only make our commutes smoother, but also lead to an appreciation in property prices. The MIDC is close by, while Goregaon, Kandivali, Borivali, etc., are also accessible.
NegativeTraffic congestion is a big problem, along with waterlogging during the monsoons. Street vendors have to be organized on the footpaths, since walking is often difficult at certain stretches.
Positives: I feel this area provides great value, which is quite rare for the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. I noticed that the connectivity is excellent as it has the Mira Road railway station and convenient access to the Western Express Highway. The up-coming Metro Line 9 development. I can say the area is safe and families love it since there are plenty of schools and hospitals.
NegativeNegatives: I believe the greatest problem I encounter is the extreme traffic jam on the Western Express Highway. I should note that the area is away from the major city hubs of Mumbai. Also, I do sometimes suffer from seasonal water logging in some inner pockets during heavy rains because of old drains, which is very frustrating.
Highway access is the main lifeline of this locality. The upcoming metro line 9 is something that is planned for the area, and I am hoping that it changes the way we commute in the future. Till then, the local trains are our lifeline. Buses and autos are also available at all hours of the day, and even till late in the night. What I also like is that the Fantasy Amusement Park, Sanjay Gandhi National Park, and other attractions are nearby, which helps spend weekends better with the kids.
NegativeThe road maintenance work is not very good in Mira Road East. This should be looked into seriously by the civic authorities, since it affects the condition of our cars.
I absolutely adore staying and working here. It's truly the best place for young families to find awesome affordability and good value for money within the MMR area. The greatest plus point is our connectivity, owing to the Western Railway line and the proximity to the Western Express Highway, making commuting easier than in most suburbs. We provide a fantastic residential life with good green belts around the creek and a good social setup of schools and malls. As an agent, I often emphasize the soon-to-be-constructed Metro Line 10, which will substantially increase future property prices. Although the region provides a strong residential setting, we badly need some upgrade in the local drainage system and good, less-crowded internal roads for easier daily commuting.
I love staying in Mira Road East, because it offers a highly strategic location that is near the Western Express Highway. I take it regularly to access several parts of Mumbai and beyond. Also, the upcoming Metro Line 9 is one development that I am very excited about. Also, the local train network is strong here, with a dedicated railway station. Autorickshaws and buses are readily available, even at wee hours of the night. The Sanjay Gandhi National Park is also nearby, something that I appreciate, along with the Fantasy Amusement Park.
NegativeI do not like how rampant development has led to a concrete jungle and loss of green cover. The roads are not properly maintained and come with lots of potholes.
Being a owner at Mira Road East is honestly the smartest choice for my family's. The area is really affordable, making it possible for us to own a spacious house with a park and green space within reach that's hard to come by elsewhere. Connectivity is already excellent through the railway and the Western Express Highway, but the future Metro Line 9 takes the cake. It will significantly reduce my journey time to commercial centers in Andheri. I strongly recommend this location. The only critical infrastructural overhaul we badly need is to permanently eliminate the heavy traffic jams and poor drainage problems that sometimes plague the main Ghodbunder Road section during the monsoon season.
Mira Road East has shaped up to be a great location. I don’t live here anymore, although my parents and extended family are still here. I often go back to the area where I spent several years of my school and college life. The highway access is the biggest advantage, and also the railway station. Then, my parents are hopeful about the metro extension and coastal road plans, since they feel it will make the area more posh. Sanjay Gandhi National Park is nearby, and we used to go there a lot on the weekends.
NegativeThere’s a lot of construction that’s going on in Mira Road East. This is leading to noise and dust pollution, something that is a problem for my ageing parents. Also, the water supply issue in summer has to be fixed for the future.
Positives: I've lived in Mira Road East as a tenant for seven years and picked it for the incredible value. The connectivity is excellent with Western Line, and the soon-to-be operational Metro Line 9 is a game changer for the commute to the Western Suburbs. We have nice schools, hospitals, and beautiful greenery like Ramdev Park, so it's well-rounded and affordable residential node. I highly recommend it.
NegativeNegatives: But since we are distant from the central city, maintenance of infrastructure is important. The traffic and road conditions of Ghodbunder Road are infuriating. Also, monsoon waterlogging in low-lying pockets requires permanent drainage measures. Finally, having more corporate corporate offices in the locality would increase the local economic contribution.
Positives: As an owner, I am absolutely content with my investment in Mira Road East. The most significant advantage is the top-notch connectivity offered by the railway station and the development of Metro Line 9. The area also has fantastic social infrastructure to have N. L. Dalmia College and Sunrise Hospital, and several restaurants like Urban Dhaba to dine out.
NegativeNegatives: Yet, livability is somewhat affected overall since air quality is normally poor owing to major air pollution in the area. Further, although there are several shopping areas around, there is still no high-end retail and entertainment feature like a large shopping mall. Lastly, there is no large specialized fish market within this area
Positives: I previously lived in Mira Road East, Thane, and I remember the positives about it. It boasted great schools and hospitals in the vicinity. Malls, gyms, and eateries were nearby. Its connectivity was good owing to bus stops and being close to Western Express Highway. New residential complexes made it look new and upmarket.
NegativeNegatives: But there were a couple of things that used to irritate me. Roads used to get broken or were in a deplorable condition. Drainage was poor, and hence flooding during monsoons. Public transport within the lanes was lacking. Water pressure reduced sometimes. These four aspects genuinely needed improvement in Mira Road East for me to remain for longer periods.
Mira Road East to be frank, the value proposition here is unparalleled for a place so well connected. It is Thane's clear growth winner due to the fantastic infrastructure. You get the Western Express Highway and access to Mira Road Station, with Metro Line 9 on the horizon that renders it entirely future proof for people commuting. Locals are also supported by excellent social amenities, such as big hospitals and the invaluable access to the natural green cover of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. To continue enjoying this premium position, the civic body is solely required to resolve the W.E.H. rush hour traffic congestion and complete the improvement of the internal drainage systems.
Positives: Mira Road East tranquil suburb into a sophisticated residential hub. The area has good connectivity through Mira Road railway station and the Western Express Highway, and with the proposed Metro Line 9 also on its way, commuting will be a breeze. Reputed schools such as RBK Global and hospitals such as Wockhardt and Bhaktivedanta are its locational assets. Clean green environment and low-cost modern accommodation make it a middle class favourite.
NegativeNegatives: Some of the internal roads require maintenance and parking space is usually tight. Western Express Highway heavy traffic especially during rush hours. Nevertheless, Mira Road East really provides comfort, growth, and convenience all in one place.
Positives: I pinch myself every day because having a contemporary flat here in Mira Road East has been profitable. The value of the property is unbeatable, with great connectivity to the Western Express Highway and quick local railway access for hassle-free city commuting. The neighborhood has great urban amenities such as large new shopping complexes and well-regarded hospitals, so it is a perfect option for an equilibrium metropolitan lifestyle.
NegativeNegatives: However, our swift growth needs the municipal facilities to match the inflow of population at the same pace. The most pressing issue is the inconsistent daily water supply in most buildings, which needs urgent attention. Clearing widespread pavement encroachments and enhancing local solid waste collection would also go a long way in providing a cleaner environment for our public spaces.
Positives: Being new to Mira Road East, I personally find it to be a well-connected and convenient locality. The locality has good infrastructure with the proximity of the Western Express Highway and the forthcoming Metro line. The presence of a sound school like RBK Global School and a hospital like Wockhardt Hospital also adds to the convenience of living here. There are also diverse options for shopping like Thakur Mall and several local markets.
NegativeNegatives: Yet, there are a few places that can be improved. The drainage system in the locality needs to be maintained better so that waterlogging does not occur during monsoons. Some of the internal roads can also be resurfaced for smoother riding. Finally, public transport frequency can be increased at peak hour times to further improve connectivity.
Positives: It was a good decision on my part to relocate to Mira Road East. I got the ideal combination of affordability and very good city connectivity without having to shell out central Mumbai rates. I really enjoyed the smooth connectivity through the Western Express Highway and the Mira Road railway station, making my daily commute very easy. The local infrastructure was extremely strong, having many multi-speciality hospitals such as Sunrise and several good schools and colleges within proximity. For the good enjoyment, the municipal authorities must surely stabilise the water supply, as the same would be erratic sometimes. Furthermore, I feel proper public transport options in the lesser internal lanes would make the local mobility better.
Positives: We bought our flat here due to the fact that Mira Road East actually provides a lively, full life. I really enjoy the fact that everything is close by, from good schools such as St. Wilfred's for the children. It is also close to various multi-speciality hospitals for peace of mind. The sheer number of local eateries and gymnasiums provides entertainment on weekends. The place is very good for travel through the Western Express Highway. Additionally, the new construction of Metro Line 9 guarantees dazzling future connectivity. The greatest problem at present is the overdependence on local roads. It means the current traffic density sometimes proves to be frustrating.

Positives: I'm really thrilled to own an apartment here; Mira Road East is the perfect combination of being affordable and a future appreciation zone. Being close to the Western Express Highway makes my personal commutes convenient, and the knowledge that the soon-to-come Metro Line 9 will link us guarantees my property will appreciate well. And we have all the basic stores and decent schools within reach.
NegativeNegatives: But this place has growing pains that annoy a daily commuter like me. Last week, we had a significant, unscheduled 24-hour water cutoff for pipeline repairs. An ongoing issue we commonly experience. The local trains are always filled to capacity during rush hours, so my office trip is an actual struggle. Worse still, during the rains, the internal roads develop abysmal potholes.
Positives: Coming to this community was the absolute right choice for my family and me. Literally, everything we need is a five-minute walk, from excellent schools for the children, such as St. Andrew's, to several hospitals to have excellent healthcare access. The variety of restaurants and the sleek fitness centers provide an excellent, healthy lifestyle. And to know the new Metro Line 9 is on its way makes this feel future-proof.
NegativeNegatives: But apartment searching here has a couple of small drawbacks. Because it's developing so rapidly, the cacophony of heavy construction vehicles during the day can be unrelenting, particularly near the new construction sites. And although we depend on the local bus system, the local transportation services become unbearably crowded during peak hours.
Strengths: Looking back at my time around the Mira Road railway station, I'm predominantly filled with relief. I could afford to live in a fantastic apartment that otherwise was out of reach in Mumbai. The largest attraction was the fabulous local connectivity of the area; having the station so close meant that commuting was a cakewalk. The sheer number of good schools, big hospitals, and big supermarkets made the area feel complete.
NegativeNegatives: But the swift development created frustrations of its own. We had to battle with intermittent water supply throughout, and many of the internal roads were surprisingly poorly maintained. Getting public parking was a forlorn struggle in the area around the market. As the area was so closely packed, there were virtually no big green parks.
Positives: I recall shifting to here ten years back. Honesty, I couldn't be more satisfied with our move. It's just the right mix of value and convenience. We acquired a pleasantly spacious house at an affordable price, and connectivity is great. Being just near the railway station and Western Express Highway, commuting is convenient. With the planned Metro Line 9 in place, this area is geared for good appreciation.
NegativeNegatives: Conversely, there are a few things that could be better. First, there is so much construction all around and the metro construction, and it is all very loud. Second, I wish that we had some more upscale restaurants and some more nightlife, as everything tends to close rather early. Finally, while there are some nice parks, public open spaces are not very accessible.
I love staying here in Mira Road East. It’s a good place to stay, with plenty of future scope for development. I take the Western railway line to reach my workplace, and it’s very easy to reach from my apartment here. In fact, Kandivali, where my sister stays, is also quite accessible, which makes it convenient for me to visit her every now and then. Amenities-wise, there is everything you can want, including a very well-stocked local market and many grocery shops.
NegativeA lot of construction is still taking place, and the noise and dust from the same has always been a major issue. Also, the waterlogging during the monsoons should be fixed by the authorities.
I was living in Mira Road East for a long time, and finally had to shift due to family reasons. But, I can tell you this- it has a flavor of its own. Nowhere else in Mumbai or Thane will you find this type of colorful and friendly vibe. There are many apartment complexes here, and I used to love eating at Sagar, Zaika, Daras, New Lazeez- the list is endless! Along with the great food, the community culture is very nice. I used to take the train route to reach my office, which was not difficult, since you can get the Western railway line from this place.
NegativeI think it should be made more of a posh area in terms of development, with the rise in prices. Monsoon waterlogging is one of the things that we used to face. I think they should clean the sewers better to avoid this problem.
Positives: I resided on Mira Road East for nearly a year while kick-starting my career, and the location really took me aback with its accessibility. The largest plus point was the easy connectivity to Mumbai through the Mira Road railway station; it made commuting on a daily basis so convenient. Besides, getting an apartment was surely within the budget compared to the city, and the neighbourhood was filled with wonderful schools, large supermarkets, and malls on Ghodbunder Road. It was like a self-contained township. Negatives: But I do recall experiencing some difficulties. Within my own building complex, we experienced an irregular water supply, which proved to be a perpetual problem. Furthermore, a few of the inner lanes had woefully poor road maintenance.
Positives: It has a number of good schools and colleges, and three good hospitals within proximity, hence health & education are taken care of. The connectivity is being enhanced a lot easily reachable through the Western Express Highway, regular bus service, and numerous new residential complexes that are developing. Also, house prices are fairly reasonable for the Mumbai area, hence you have good value especially with newer developments like Sanghvi Eco City. Negatives: At times, room sizes are smaller compared to what buyers anticipate for the price. Traffic also gets horribly bad on the Western Express Highway particularly during rush hours. Waterlogging is another problem, and sewerage issues surface in some areas when rains are extremely heavy.
Positives: I just relocated here a couple of months ago. Honestly, the most positive aspect is the relatively low rent for such a well-connected location compared to Mumbai. I like that the Mira Road railway station is so conveniently located on the Western Line, making daily commuting convenient. And the fact that the area has been growing immensely means that there are new commercial stores and eating houses cropping up all over the place. Negatives: We suffer from water supply problems all the time, which is a major issue for tenants like me. The ghastly traffic snarls on Ghodbunder Road and feeder roads are terrible during rush hours. Moreover, the rapid development has caused mismanaged waste and sanitation in some older enclaves, and travelling to South Mumbai job centres feels unbearably long.
Positives: I personally feel that Mira Road East has a lot of potential to develop into a prime location in the future. The Western Express Highway and Western railway line are both accessible from here, which is a major plus point. You can reach several parts of Thane easily, along with places like Kandivali in Mumbai, without any hassles. The local market here is fantastic, and all the daily essentials are within a few minutes for almost anyone living here. Negatives: The biggest issue that exists in the neighborhood is the waterlogging during the monsoons. This problem has to be addressed, since it makes our daily life haywire every year.
Positives: I bought my flat in Mira Road East some years ago, and I'm extremely happy. It's the best value for money close to Mumbai. The most attractive aspect is the fantastic connectivity: the Western Express Highway is just here, and the Mira Road railway station makes traveling easy. And with great schools, hospitals such as Sunrise, and the green belt surrounding it, it actually comes across like a complete and standalone locality. Negatives: But even as a satisfied owner, there are certainly two problems we encounter. Firstly, the traffic is simply craziness around the junction during rush office hours, which requires better regulation. Secondly, sometimes the water supply is not dependable, especially during summer. Overall, these are slight issues for an otherwise ideal residential property.
Positives: I enjoyed this beautiful locality. I like the fact that new housing projects were developing nearly, such as Lodha Casa Supremo. The area boasted diverse renting options as well 1, 2 BHK apartments. Basic stores, markets and facilities were easily accessible in my vicinity. The future prospect of Metro Line 9 in the vicinity made me feel confident that accessibility would increase soon. Negatives Public transportation consisted of local bus services only. The metro was in the process of being built. It had some under-construction areas roads weren't well maintained always, drainage was poor during monsoon bouts, leading to waterlogging. With every additional project coming along the price of flats was increasing rapidly, and upgrading was costly.
Positives: I have recently shifted to a 2BHK here and so far, I would give Mira Road East a good four stars! The infrastructure is the biggest strength; having the Mira Road station and the Western Express Highway close by makes Mumbai commutation easy. We are also spoiled for choice with many great schools and hospitals, like Sunrise, just around the corner. Additionally, having the peaceful Sanjay Gandhi National Park literally in my own backyard is great. Negatives: Still, the fact that it is not five stars is solely based on the day-to-day hassles. The Western Express Highway traffic is appalling during rush hours, and quite frankly, the internal public transport needs a drastic improvement. We also get occasional waterlogging and drainage problems in heavy rains. It may be irritating to handle it.
Positives: I had picked Mira Road East a couple of years ago because it provides very good connectivity without the exorbitant prices of central Mumbai. My daily routine becomes effortless due to the availability of the Mira Road railway station and the easy connectivity to the Western Express Highway. The infrastructure is very strong here. We have a variety of multi-speciality hospitals, many good schools and colleges. And having the lovely Sanjay Gandhi National Park within close proximity is a major advantage. Negatives: Though the connectivity is good, the Western Express Highway remains congested with traffic. Secondly, the civic infrastructure, especially the sewerage system, appears to fail occasionally and creates problems like waterlogging in some of the internal roads. I find personally that public transport within the locality itself can be bettered.
Positives: It has been easy for me to stay in Mira Road East as a tenant. The area is well connected with several bus stops within walking distance, and the metro is extended there. It is close to schools like St. Andrews and Bright International, which is excellent for families. Sunrise and Gurukrupa Superspeciality hospitals are just a few minutes away. The locality is well connected with restaurants and shopping areas, and daily life is convenient. Residential options are varied with numerous 1 and 2 BHK apartments. Negatives: Yet, I have some problems. The traffic on roads gets congested during rush hours, and parking becomes troublesome in front of crowded markets. Better waste management is needed in some areas of the locality, and occasional water supply issues occur during summer.
Positives: I lived in Mira Road East for three years and still recall jumping off at Mira Road station for work, trains and BEST buses made daily commutes possible, and the Western Express Highway maintains the area in good touch with Mumbai and Thane. Shopping in local malls, clinics and schools were all within driving distance, so every day's errands were manageable. Negatives: Summer bred frequent water concerns, and certain colonies had to depend on tankers, while monsoon drains clogged up, and certain roads became waterlogged. Space for parking is limited in congested pockets, and the zone is crowded at times. On the flip side, metro expansion and new lines are on the way, which should relieve pressure one day.
Positives: I purchased my home in Mira Road East, and I still believe it's the right decision. I like the nearby railway station and frequent buses, making travel convenient. I appreciate future metro connectivity (Line 9/Red Line and other corridors), reducing travel time to Mumbai and the airport. I prefer the proximity of malls, schools, and hospitals, and I can see several new RERA projects and gated complexes keeping rental rates constant. I like this locality. Negatives: I also caution visitors that I have experienced low-lying pockets severely waterlogged during spells of heavy monsoons. Therefore, always advise buyers to check drainage history.
Positives: I am selling here and informing customers that Mira Road East is developing rapidly with numerous new developments and reasonably priced options, so investors favour it. I like this area. I find good railway and road connectivity, Mira Road railway station, Western Express Highway and buses make Mumbai accessible. I find future metro construction and improved connectivity that will raise values in the near future. I find reasonable schools, hospitals and shops around. I also notice the rental demand of this locality remains healthy for 1–2 BHKs. Negatives: I caution clients regarding seasonal waterlogging and aged drains in pockets. It is annoying during heavy rains.
Positives: I most enjoy how much is just within arm's reach. Quality schools such as St. Andrews and RBK are nearby, and numerous hospitals, including Sunrise and Gurukrupa, are a short walk away. Life is easy in a day-to-day sense with markets, gyms, and plenty of restaurants nearby. It is well connected with a number of bus stops in close proximity, and the Mira Road railway station makes travel a breeze. I have witnessed a number of new residential apartments being constructed over the years, and the area is safe. Negatives: The only negative point that I have is that the property rates have become very high in relation to the past. Secondly, during the monsoon, certain inner lanes get waterlogged.
Positives: Mira Road East is an excellent place to stay as a resident. I found it quite easy to move around with the Western Express Highway and the railway station nearby. The future metro line is also a significant boon for connectivity in the future. We have adequate schools, hospitals, and malls. The place is mostly clean and well-kept. Negatives: The only actual problem is that the water supply can be a tad inconsistent at times, and there are not many fine dining restaurants, so choices are a little limited.
Positives: I have found staying here to be very convenient. The railway station and Western Express Highway make my daily travel convenient. The locality is also very reasonable, with good schools, hospitals, and plenty of local shopping facilities. Negatives: The traffic is a headche, particularly on the major roads. And, I do hope that there are more upscale multiplexes in the area.
Positives: The location is fantastic value. The connectivity with the railway and Western Express Highway is a big advantage, and the forthcoming metro will only make things easier. I also enjoy the parks and shopping around here. Negatives: The biggest challenge is peak-hour traffic. There are a lot of options, but I do miss having more upscale restaurants and entertainment spots closer by.
Positives: My experience of living here is good, particularly for the good connectivity. My daily commute is easy with the Mira Road railway station and Western Express Highway. The area also has all the necessary services. Negatives: Though it's a great place to call home, I wish the airport were slightly closer. There can be a bit of a traffic challenge on Western Express Highway.
Positives: I just adore how serene and secure the locality is. It's thoroughly connected by the Western Express Highway, and the sight of Sanjay Gandhi National Park through my window is gorgeous. There are a lot of new residential complexes, too. Negatives: Though the area is lovely, I just hope the public transportation is improved. Further, at times we also have problems with waterlogging and sewerage.
