I am very pleased here because Kollur provides me daily calm. Mostly because my work is in Kokapet, and I frequently travel using the Outer Ring Road, I live here. Relative to Gachibowli and HITEC City rates here, my rent appears cheap. Local TSRTC buses are used; occasionally I catch a taxi from Nagulapalli Railway Station. For any medical requirements, Continental Hospital and Citizens Speciality Hospital are closed. Samashti International School is where my kids attend. I am secure here; there are parks and trees everywhere. I believe this location is calm on the whole, but I wish the public transportation were superior and more stores close by to simplify life here.

My line of reasoning is that the straightforward journey to Financial District and Gachibowli makes it a favourite among my customers. For its schools like Gaudium and Samashti International, I recommend this region. At nearby Continental Hospital, I see families receiving fast medical care. Modern gated communities and constant patrolling make the neighbourhood rather safe for ladies at night. I enjoy the enormous green areas and peaceful parks here. I see the rental return is increasing quickly. Still, I think the dearth of public transportation and limited local businesses need to be addressed.

This place appeals to me with less noise than metropolitan regions and wide open spaces and verdancy. Utilising the ORR, I travel smoothly; by vehicle and bus, I quickly reach Gachibowli, the Financial District, and Patancheru. I am at ease because nearby are schools like Samashti and Birla Open Minds as well as hospitals like Continental and Citizens. Women feel comfortable here, and I feel safe at night as well. I like peaceful nighttime strolls as well as open parks. I believe my investment has some value. Here I suggest a fast upgrade on more streetlights and better local highways.

Positives: Kollur is, in my opinion, a developing area with several nice aspects. I love how fast I can get to the Financial District and how my house sits close to major roads. Near me, I see Birla Open Minds and Samashti International, which benefit youngsters. I also value the peaceful and green surroundings of my house. Here, I even feel secure strolling at night.

Negatives: Some shopping locations are far, and occasionally closer to home, fewer major stores exist. I also think there should be more buses and better drainage. All things considered, I enjoy my residence and believe it will soon get even better.

Positives: I am so happy I got my house Kollur since I find amazing amenities all about me. Because Citizens Specialty Hospital and other clinics are not too far from my home, I believe this area provides excellent emergency care. I find my life here peaceful and simple. Local buses and the Outer Ring Road let me travel to HITEC City and Gachibowli rather simply. I appreciate that I came across this area at affordable costs and that the connectivity is excellent. Walking in the evenings makes me feel secure; there are little restaurants and marketplaces around.

Negatives: Sometimes we really need more stores and subway access; I just hope the interior roadways and street illumination are improved.

Positives: I made several pleasant memories their while staying in Kollur for a year. I enjoyed the quiet surroundings free from urban buzz. I believed the easy access to the Financial District office hub was the primary benefit. My weekends were spent unwind close to Osman Sagar Lake, which is rather lovely. In my area, Samashti International School seemed to be quite well-known. For my health examinations, I travelled to the close clinics and Continental Hospital. The active security made me feel rather secure throughout my visit.

Negatives: The limited public bus services were not to my liking. The neighbourhood very quickly needed a decent grocery store. Living there, I occasionally missed the city life.

Positives: Price for rent here is significantly less expensive than in Gachibowli. I believe the calm surroundings and broad ORR highways are my greatest asset. To get to my Neopolis office hub, I take the local buses. Although I go to Kokapet for large shopping malls, I buy vegetables at the local nearby markets. I'm delighted Citizens Hospital is just a little drive away. I observe here a lot of grassy areas and open spaces.

Negatives: The lack of an adequate drinking water supply is the biggest issue. I believe the officials should increase the number of pharmacies and fix the wastewater system. I want this location to soon get its own commercial complexes.

Positives: Kollur, in my opinion, stands apart from Hyderabad's center because it is quiet and serene and not overly congested. Though my job in the Financial District is not too far, it is still decent for rent even if it is a bit far from the city centre. I like that nearby schools such ICFAI Business School and big ones like Samashti International School are reachable for students. Being close to some excellent restaurants and parks fits me.

Negatives: The closest metro stop is some distance off, about Miyapur Metro. Although it's a little pricey for my budget, the rent here is still less expensive than large IT hubs. Though there are locations with sparse street lights, most of them make me feel secure. Soon more shops and groceries need to come here.

Positives: I put my money here since I view the proximity to the Outer Ring Road to be quite advantageous. I believe the quiet ambience would benefit my children. I appreciate the following My house is quite close to the Gaudium School. Continental Hospital is only a quick drive away, hence my experiences there are positive. Though my rental yield is quite poor, I find the neighbourhood quite secure.

Negatives: Far too distant is Miyapur Metro Station. The dearth of local markets saddens me. My recommendation is to upgrade the main road illumination. My worst experience is probably the persistent construction dust. By this point, I really had high hopes for more expansion.

Positives: Kollur was my home so I could be near to the Financial District. Outer Ring Road is the only genuine benefit. Train travel brought me to the Nagulapalli station. However, I thought that the lack of a nearby metro was difficult. Usually for medical checkups, I drove to Continental Hospital. My weekends were either at local cafés or driving to Sarath City Mall.

Negatives: The dust from the ongoing construction surrounding me left me let down. The absence of street lighting and public transportation, I believe, made me feel uneasy at night. I would suggest that the region requires more grocery shops and better drainage. I actually missed living a quiet, dust-free life there.
