I find Kollur famous for its luxury high-rise gated communities. I am located right on the ORR. My experiences with high rental yield are amazing. The upcoming Tellapur techno-city extension looks great. My major disappointments are the slow sewage work and the lack of a proper local police station.

I live in this beautiful, rising area. My experiences are good because I am near Gaudium School and Continental Hospital. I enjoy Lahari Resorts nearby. Rents are very cheap for me. However, the lack of piped water and poor mobile network bother us every day. I hope things improve soon.

I suggest this beautiful locality to clients for its great connectivity via ORR and strong long-term growth. I see good facilities like Birla Open Minds and Samashti International School, and nearby hospitals like Continental. I see future metro plans. I warn my clients that there is limited public transport and few shopping hubs.

I love Kollur for its peaceful greenery and Outer Ring Road access. The Financial District is very close. Nearby Neopolis and Continental Hospital are huge pluses for me. The upcoming metro will be great for this locality. However, I hate the frequent power cuts and lack of proper streetlights here.

I love the beautiful open spaces in Kollur. I feel the rental yield is rising, and I paid 18,000 for my flat. I enjoy my hangouts at local cafes near Tellapur. Transport is easy via the ORR. I suggest fixing the stray dog menace, the lack of pharmacies, and the garbage piles.

Here I have a house; my experiences are wonderful. For my daily commute, I take the Miyapur metro station, ten minutes away. I advise further nearby stores. Living with the Outer Ring Road nearby is safe and tranquil for my family. I loathe dusty construction and periodic power outages.

I love living here since the surroundings is quite fresh. Being nearby my workplace and the local parks thrills me. My family adore weekend trips along the ORR. For pupils, I find it quite practical. Recently, I have had issues with high truck traffic and worsening noise pollution.

My observations indicate that Kollur is a fantastic link. I envision quick access to the Outer Ring Road as well as easy trips to the Financial District, Gachibowli, and HITEC City. Schools, hospitals, and quieter streets help me to give households top priority. I see fewer huge malls and still-evolving public transportation here.

Relative to Gachibowli and HITEC City rates here, my rent appears cheap. Local TSRTC buses are used; occasionally I catch a taxi from Nagulapalli Railway Station. For any medical requirements, Continental Hospital and Citizens Speciality Hospital are closed. Samashti International School is where my kids attend. I am secure here; there are parks and trees everywhere. I believe this location is calm on the whole, but I wish the public transportation were superior and more stores close by to simplify life here.

I think Kollur is the best rising star for IT professionals along Outer Ring Road, therefore I suggest it. My line of reasoning is that the straightforward journey to Financial District and Gachibowli makes it a favourite among my customers. For its schools like Gaudium and Samashti International, I recommend this region. At nearby Continental Hospital, I see families receiving fast medical care. Modern gated communities and constant patrolling make the neighbourhood rather safe for ladies at night. I enjoy the enormous green areas and peaceful parks here. I see the rental return is increasing quickly. Still, I think the dearth of public transportation and limited local businesses need to be addressed.

Living in Kollur is really pleasurable for me, as I love a calm life with quick development, and my thoughts indicate this region is ideal for future living. This place appeals to me with less noise than metropolitan regions and wide open spaces and verdancy. Utilising the ORR, I travel smoothly; by vehicle and bus, I quickly reach Gachibowli, the Financial District, and Patancheru. I am at ease because nearby are schools like Samashti and Birla Open Minds as well as hospitals like Continental and Citizens. Women feel comfortable here, and I feel safe at night as well. I like peaceful nighttime strolls as well as open parks. I believe my investment has some value. Here I suggest a fast upgrade on more streetlights and better local highways.

Positives: Kollur is my residence, and I feel easy here. I enjoy fresh air, open roads, tranquil evenings, and new homes. For office travel, I use the ORR cabs function very well. Rent remains manageable for me and my group.

Negatives: I have fewer nearby stores, extended travel time, and waterlogging following rains.

Positives: This is a fantastic investment, as rental income is rapidly rising. Being close to Continental Hospital and Birla Open Mind School is a major advantage. Every weekend my family enjoys driving to Osman Sagar Lake.

Negatives: Public transportation is hardly available here. There are no marketplaces or malls here. Dust contamination is quite severe.

Positives: I found Kollur quite inexpensive and safe for my lifestyle. My travel route was via the Outer Ring Road. Gaudium School was not far for my children. Open space pleased my family.

Negatives: I was really disturbed by the scarcity of businesses, bad street lighting, and building dust. I felt completely isolated.

Positives: I find the safety and proximity to Samashti International School very helpful. My experiences are positive due to the fresh air and greenery. I spend weekends at Songbird Park with family.

Negatives: I am concerned about urgent road repairs and the dust from heavy construction trucks which I really dislike.
