Telangana government has sanctioned loans totaling ₹612.5 crore to the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board for infrastructure & development projects. This funding will support the Sunkishala intake project under Krishna Drinking Water Supply Project and other development works.

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has formally launched the second phase of the Indiramma Housing Scheme, aiming to provide permanent housing to poor families across Telangana. The scheme will sanction an additional 2.5 lakh houses, bringing the total to 7 lakh across two phases.

The state government is progressing with plans to extend the Hyderabad Metro Rail network around the Outer Ring Road (ORR), creating a comprehensive peripheral transit link. This expansion, part of Phase II covering 163 km across eight corridors,ease traffic congestion by restricting vehicles entering the city from national highways. Several villages along the ORR are slated to benefit from improved public transport.
