Nerul is a major residential area in Navi Mumbai and is dotted with several mid range and premium projects. There are several well occupied and advanced stage projects in the area and 2 and 3 BHK housing units are predominantly available here. Leading developers like The Wadhwa, Sai Developers and others are highly active in the area. Nerul is a major commercial and residential zone and has more than 50 sectors. It is divided into east and west and is one of the best developed zones in New Mumbai along with Seawoods-Dharave and Vashi. Nerul has two railway stations in close proximity, namely the Seawoods-Dharave railway station and Nerul railway station.
