Offering a welcome diversion from hectic Mumbai life, the neighbourhood is well designed, safe, and beautiful. The amazing connectivity especially having two train stations right here and quick access to the picturesque Palm Beach Road makes commuting throughout Navi Mumbai and even into Mumbai extremely practical. Thanks to abundant green areas such Wonders Park and close proximity to reputable institutions including Apeejay School and Terna Hospital, the local environment is ideal for families. It really seems a self-contained town with excellent shopping possibilities. But the drainage system is one area that has to be much better as some low-lying regions still show evident waterlogging during the strong monsoon season.

I regularly suggest Nerul to customers. Including Nerul railway station, Palm Beach Road and developing metro access, this well planned Navi Mumbai node has great road and rail connections. Daily comfort comes from quality malls such Seawoods Grand Central, excellent schools, hospitals, and parks. Nearby businesses and the Seawoods commercial center help to stabilize rental demand. Properties draw investors and end users with balanced prices and returns of around four to five percent. Long-term appreciation is supported by recent CIDCO land sales and airport-related interest. One aspect to work on is more cheap housing choices as values rise. Nerul is a wise long term buy today for investors in my opinion.

Positive: Nerul is great because of the wonderful physical infrastructure, notably the easy connection offered by several bus lines and the Nerul Railway Station just close. From the large D-Mart and local markets for daily needs to top-notch educational establishments like Apeejay School and Terna colleges, we have everything to guarantee a high-quality living. This is a very well-thought-out and self-sustaining neighborhood.

Negative: Particularly on the major roads connecting to the industrial hubs, the daily traffic bottleneck during peak office hours is rather a headache. Second, there is obvious waterlogging on the streets anytime there is torrential monsoon rain, therefore the drainage system needs an improvement and we occasionally have water supply problems in a few small spots.

Positive: I first selected Nerul due to its strong connectivity, particularly the linkage with the Nerul Railway Station and Palm Beach Road. Having proximity to best schools such as Apeejay and several healthcare centres like Terna Speciality Hospital was a big advantage. It was easy to shop with D-Mart in the vicinity. This well-developed node was overall affordable for a quality of life in Navi Mumbai.

Negative: The principal drawback was the constant water supply problems that resulted in intermittent discomfort to the inhabitants. Also, during rain, the inadequate drainage system in certain areas created evident waterlogging of the roads. Traffic jam is also big issue in this area.

Nerul is one of the best places to live in Navi Mumbai. Make no mistake about it! You get the railway access, along with easy access to highways. I work in the CBD in Belapur nearby, which makes it a good location for me to stay from that perspective. My spouse works in Airoli, which is also close by. I am also very hopeful about the upcoming international airport in Navi Mumbai, and also the expansion of the metro network here. I also love visiting the local parks here, while community centers are also coming up in the neighbourhood. Yes, water supply and cleanliness are key issues, but they can be improved.

One of the good things that I love about this stretch is how close it is to the Palm Beach Road. Now, the nature of the area as a big junction point on the Mumbai railway network makes it a great place to stay for seamless connectivity. The local train connectivity aside, there is the easy access to the CBD Belapur and Vashi, along with Airoli. Also, the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport is also close by, while the area has witnessed the development of top-class social amenities as well.

Garbage disposal systems need to be improved promptly in Nerul.

Positives: When I shifted here, I opted for Nerul since it's a well-planned area with excellent security and plenty of green spaces. I go to the Nerul Railway Station on a near-daily basis, and access via Palm Beach Road is smooth. My favorite feature is the proximity to D.Y. Patil Hospital and the availability of reputed institutions like Apeejay. Though it's mid-to-high segment, I think the infrastructure is worth the price tag and provides a balanced lifestyle.

Negatives: The water supply problems are irregular and irritating, frequently disrupting my daily schedule. There's road traffic jam during peak office hours, particularly around main bus stops and railway station junction. Moreover waterlogging during monsoons is becoming an annual issue.

Positives: I've been living comfortably on rent in Nerul for nearly a decade now. I adore how accessible it is to the railway station, bus stops, and all the top schools such as Apeejay being virtually next door. The locality is very safe, and my most favorite aspect is having the best hospitals and D-Mart virtually in walking distance. This city planning actually suits me perfectly.

Negatives: My greatest worry is the rush-hour traffic congestion. I would seriously want the drainage system to be repaired by the municipal corporation. The waterlogging during monsoons is terrible, and the pollution problem in some pockets really irritates me, and I want the authorities to look into this immediately.

I personally find Nerul to be a good location for settling down in Navi Mumbai. The Palm Beach Road is the main attraction I find nearby, not just for driving and connectivity, but also for how scenic it is! Also, if you think of it, you get access to both the Harbour and Trans-Harbour railway networks, which make reaching several places really easy. I am also bullish about the Navi Mumbai metro line, once it is completed. The roads are wide, the layouts are well-planned, and multiple educational institutions and hospitals are also situated within a reasonable driving distance. The only issue I find is the footpaths being taken over by vendors, but everything else seems just right.

See, Nerul is decent to live in, if you think about it from an affordability standpoint as compared to Mumbai. Also, the Trans-Harbour and Harbour railway lines ensure connectivity, while major roads like the Palm Beach Road also works well here. The upcoming Navi Mumbai Metro, once it happens, will boost the connectivity here considerably. It’s got well-planned and demarcated sectors, wide roads, good power supply, and proximity to several leading schools and colleges, along with healthcare centers. Parks and gardens are also present throughout the entire locality.

The issues about this neighbourhood include lack of parking spaces, crowding near the railway station, encroachment by street vendors on footpaths and water supply issues in some parts.

Positives: I personally think Nerul is the center of Navi Mumbai, strategically placed with great connectivity through local trains, buses, and the new metro. I find this locality to be specially green and well-designed by CIDCO, where you get a high degree of cleanliness and security. I must admit the presence of top-class institutions like D.Y. Patil and Apeejay makes it a favorite among families.

Negatives I believe the greatest challenge in this regard is the very poor water supply problems, which are erratic. I noticed that the locality has very heavy traffic congestion during rush hours, particularly around the main road and railway station. I think the local roads, although generally good, often get potholes during the monsoons and hence the unavoidable waterlogging.

I find Nerul to be a decent place to stay, if you want to pay slightly lower than a central Mumbai locality, without hugely compromising on connectivity benefits. The Mumbai-Pune Highway and Sion-Panvel Expressway are both nearby, which is a key plus point for the locality. The Palm Beach Road is not just useful for commutes, but also a fabulous place to soak in a nature-friendly vibe. I use the railway station regularly to commute to work and other places, while the CIDCO planning means that there are numerous green spaces, parks, and several other amenities.

I only want the metro extension to be done quickly, so that connectivity becomes smoother in the future. Also, the pollution levels are slightly higher in the neighbourhood.

In all honesty, living and trading in Nerul is great because the standard of living is exceptionally high due to the planning by CIDCO. We have excellent connectivity through the Nerul Railway Station, and the vicinity to the Panvel and Taloja industrial complexes provides excellent business and career potential to professionals. The infrastructure is strong, with many well-known schools and colleges such as Apeejay and Terna, along with some of the best hospitals, making it an extremely family-friendly, green, and secure locality with relatively good roads. Waterlogging is a common problem during monsoons, however, due to the aging drainage system, and frequent traffic snarls,, greatly add to commute times.

Nerul is a good place to stay in Navi Mumbai, since several major roads are easily accessible, including the Palm Beach Road and the Sion-Panvel Expressway. The Mumbai-Pune Highway is another connectivity lifeline nearby, while the Nerul railway station is also in the vicinity. This helps me travel to various places easily, without any difficulties. It is very well-planned as a layout by CIDCO, and comes with plenty of parks and greenery. The upcoming metro extension will also boost the area in my opinion.

The construction of metro lines and other roadwork has led to a lot of dust and noise pollution in the area. This is something I wish the authorities take seriously, since it is affecting our health.

We simply adore Nerul as it has the ideal combination of a peaceful, well designed residential locality and city connect. The infrastructure in the area is excellent with wide, clean roads, plenty of green areas such as the Central Park, and the entire gamut of facilities like great schools and hospitals. Connectivity is smooth with Nerul Railway Station and Palm Beach Road nearby, making travel to Vashi or CBD Belapur so convenient, and the locality is very safe with regular police rounds. But one big plus point for change we hope to see addressed is the present spasmodic water supply problems that we face, particularly during summers.

Nerul is a good place to stay if you’re in Navi Mumbai. I moved out due to space constraints, but there has been a lot of development planned for the locality. It benefits from the solid railway network, offering suburban and harbour access, while the Sion-Panvel Expressway is also nearby. The Palm Beach Road is also accessible, and you will love driving along this stretch. It’s great for spending time too, and watching the sunset, which I used to do a lot when I was staying here. The future metro projects and the new airport will boost the profile of the area. It already has access to many malls like Nexus Seawoods, parks, schools like Apeejay, and hospitals like Apollo.

One issue that I feel should be highlighted is the lack of nightlife areas in most stretches. It makes spending weekends slightly tiresome, at least it was the situation for me when I was here earlier. Water supply to my society was also just for 3-5 hours each day, since I lived in an older housing society that was built by CIDCO.

Positives: I've leased an apartment here in Nerul and its really well-connected location in Navi Mumbai. Our locality is filled with green parks and grounds. We have the Nerul Railway Station and Palm Beach Road close by. My traveling distance to the Taloja industrial area is very convenient. All your needs, be it D-Mart or quality hospitals, are at hand.

Negatives: But despite the nice infrastructure, the roads surrounding the station become tremendously congested during rush hours. The most common grievances that enhancing the bad drainage facility to prevent waterlogging in the rainy season. Fixing the potholes immediately and sorting out the unexpectedly frequent water supply disruptions reported in a few of the sectors.

Shopping was easy with D-Mart, local markets, and restaurants nearby. Apeejay and St. Augustines schools were extremely close, and hospitals such as Raj Hospital and Terna Speciality were trustworthy.

Negatives: But traffic jams during peak hours were a regular affair. Water supply was irregular at times, and roads had a few potholes. Water logging during monsoons, increased pollution, tight parking, lack of adequate street lighting in some parts, and irregular public transport were concerns. In spite of these, Nerul was safe, well connected and public services could be vastly improved.

It's cosy and convenient living in Nerul. I like this locality, it has easy connectivity to Nerul Railway Station and several bus stops, so commuting within Navi Mumbai is a breeze. There are nice schools such as Apeejay School and St. Augustine's High School, and well known hospitals such as Raj Hospital and Terna Specialty Hospital, which is comforting. The markets, malls, gyms, and restaurants are at hand, so life is hassle free. The area is safe and green, ideal for families. Traffic congestion during rush hours and waterlogging in monsoons at times are areas of improvement. On the whole, I would highly suggest Nerul for a well balanced lifestyle with great connectivity and infrastructure.

Positives: Nerul locality has great healthcare with several hospitals such as Raj Hospital and Terna Specialty Hospital. Schools and colleges are not short, with Apeejay School and Terna Engineering College, so it is perfect for families. Shopping and eating out are also easy with malls, D-Mart, and restaurants. Recreational areas and fitness options complement the lifestyle. The metro and train connections make traveling easy, and nearby industrial areas provide employment support.

Negatives: Though, water supply is unreliable and certain roads require maintenance. Open drains suffer from occasional waterlogging and form breeding sites for mosquitoes, leading to health-related problems during monsoon, and the pollution level increases.

Positives: I can with certainty state that Nerul is one of the well-planned and safest localities in Navi Mumbai, even providing a perfect balance of life. The fact that it has ready access to Nerul Railway Station and the essential Palm Beach Road makes day-to-day commuting easy. We also enjoy world-class social infrastructure with D.Y. Patil University and multiple multi-speciality hospitals like Terna just nearby.

Negatives: Although Nerul is well-developed, I do notice a few aspects that need to be addressed by the local government to promote sustained development. The first is the water supply unreliability, as some sectors continue to suffer from supply shortfalls that require perpetual solution. Then there is the present infrastructure of the footpaths and the overall hygiene, especially the chronic issue of air pollution from adjacent industrial estates.

Positives: I shifted to Nerul lately and I am extremely satisfied here. The local railway and Seawoods station provide easy and quick travel. Nice parks and Nerul Lake are available for morning and evening walks. New malls and the Seawoods commercial complex provide good facilities for shopping and work. The area is well planned and green. Local buses and projects in the pipeline offer more employment and convenience for residents soon ahead.

Negatives: I find the rents reasonable in Navi Mumbai although they differ sector-wise. There are certain inner lanes that require better roadwork and drainage. Public toilets and street lighting in some pockets can be improved. Generally i can say this is a quiet, handy place to live and I enjoy lake-side evenings.

Positives: I was never dissatisfied or unhappy staying at Nerul. It was an ideal spot with easy accessibility to basic infrastructure and facilities, which made life extremely convenient. The connectivity was great owing to the nearby railway station, buses, and close proximity to major industrial belts such as Panvel and Taloja, which was fantastic for professional opportunities. We hugely benefited from having several multi-speciality hospitals, such as Terna and known educational institutions, such as Apeejay School, in the vicinity. Yet, two aspects that needed attention were the frequent water supply disruptions. It resulted in intermittent inconvenience and the overall rising pollution level in the area. These were beginning to become a concern for the residents.

Positives: Honestly, choosing to purchase a flat in this locality was all about planning a future in a well-planned neighbourhood, and it does not disappoint. I am particularly pleased with the proximity to the railway station and the phenomenal grouping of best educational institutions like Apeejay and Terna. And having the Seawoods Grand Central locale so near for weekend excursions is an enormous perk for my family's life. We have great hospitals and bazaars, so everything is really convenient. But, like most developing regions, Nerul is plagued with horrible peak-hour traffic jams around the main chowks. I wish to heaven the city would make a push to correct the terrible drainage system soon because monsoon waterlogging is a genuine eyesore every year.

Positives: I am a flat dweller here and appreciate its balanced way of life. I get good rail connectivity at Nerul and Seawoods, convenient connectivity to Belapur and Vashi, quality hospitals and schools in the vicinity, parks and Nerul Lake for strolling, and consistent property appreciation as infrastructure development increases.

Negatives: I encounter traffic along the way to Seawoods, and the station is crowded during rush hours, and short trips turn out to be long. In addition, parking spaces in traditional societies are scarce, and street parking causes havoc. Finally, some of the inner roads and drains require on-time repair. Rains tend to flood low areas at times. I desire stricter parking control, quicker drainage repairs and improved local bus connectivity. All things considered, I am pleased to reside here and optimistic for sustained improvements.

Positives: I simply love to rent in Nerul; the city planning of the locality is really superb and makes everything so easy. The best advantage is the excellent transport connectivity. The area being so near to the railway station means my commutes to Mumbai are always short and trouble-free. And the fact that there are top-class schools such as Apeejay and the famous D Y Patil University nearby, along with such lovely green areas as Wonders Park, really lends the area an extremely high-class, squeaky-clean atmosphere.

Negatives: We do experience some problems that disrupt the continuity of experience. We usually grapple with perpetual water supply issues. Besides, each monsoon is a struggle to an extent because some sections of Nerul experience severe waterlogging caused by poor drainage.

Strengths: Nerul had been my residence in Navi Mumbai for many beautiful years, and I truly miss the well-planned layout of the place. We gained so much from the great railway connectivity and the convenient proximity to the Sion-Panvel Highway. The presence of several reputed colleges and hospitals nearby made it a perfect place for bringing up a family, not to mention the several shopping choices like D-Mart.

Negatives: But the fast growth had some negative consequences we couldn't overlook. The poor drainage during the monsoon caused serious waterlogging in most of the low-lying regions, inundating the roads. The ambient pollution was seriously high, probably due to being near industrial activity clusters like Panvel. We also experienced occasional, but infuriating, water supply disruptions. Also, some of the internal roads have developed potholes.

Positives: Waking and strolling along lovely Palm Beach Road every morning is the highlight of having a home here; that's why I never ever wish to move away. Nerul really does feel like the "Queen of Navi Mumbai," being so well-planned by CIDCO with spacious, green roads and superb security. The railway station makes travelling easy, and with top-notch schools and enormous malls such as Seawoods Grand Central within proximity, my family gets a totally independent and well-balanced way of life.

Negatives: But a couple of things hurt. Because this node is so set up and premium, the overall living expense and particularly the society maintenance fees are significantly more than in surrounding nodes. Secondly, the regions around the lake and mangroves suffer from a very bad mosquito nuisance, especially post-monsoons.

Nerul is known for its excellent layout and planned nature. Once I started living here, my fears of being cut off from the mainstream simply vanished. People are so friendly here, and the residential communities that are located in the stretch are absolutely top-class. One of the best things I appreciate about the area is that the world-class Navi Mumbai International Airport is very close to it. It’s only 20 minutes away from the airport, and it will be a huge benefit for me, down the line. I am optimistic about the future prospects of the locality.

I am pretty much satisfied, but more social amenities are needed near my building, in my opinion.

Nerul is a decent place to stay, with its planned layout. I always liked how well-planned the area was during my stay here previously. The roads were big and wide, and I liked how close the Palm Beach Road was, offering a lovely and scenic hangout or drive. Before I shifted out, there was this huge buzz about the Navi Mumbai International Airport coming up nearby, and the property rates were also affordable back then. Now I hear it has gone up due to the airport and other infrastructural developments.

One thing that I did not like during my stay here was the lack of ample entertainment and nightlife choices. I don’t know whether it has been improved at present. Also, the traffic jams back then were also very chaotic.

Positives: When I initially relocated to Nerul, I instantly liked the outstanding planning and how everything was so close. Being close to the railway station was a big boon for commuting to Mumbai, and having the renowned D Y Patil and Apeejay schools in the vicinity meant excellent educational centers. The large green spaces, such as the popular Rock Garden and Wonders Park, provided the entire neighborhood with a very clean appearance. Negatives: Nevertheless, a couple of common problems rendered daily life problematic. First, traffic jams during rush hour, particularly getting onto the Palm Beach Road or Sion-Panvel Highway, was truly infuriating. Second, although the area in general was wonderful, the monsoon season saw a lot of waterlogging in certain areas owing to poor local drainage. Third, certain areas suffered from chronic water supply problems.

Positives: It was as if entering a well-planned Navi Mumbai complex with quieter roads compared to central Mumbai. Good railway and road connectivity to Nerul station and nearby Seawoods Grand Central to Mumbai and Panvel. Palm Beach Road and proximity to Vashi and CBD Belapur are convenient. Malls, small markets and green parks for jogging in the mornings; good schools and hospitals like Jupiter Hospital. There are courteous neighbours and short-term rental choices that meet the need. Negatives: A few drawbacks that I see such as heavy traffic jams in peak hours, waterlogging and flooding in low-lying areas during monsoons, potholes and sluggish road repair leading to traffic jams, etc. I am a short-term occupant who is content here since the connectivity and tranquil pockets make life easy and lovely.

Positives: It's one of the best planned and desired localities in Navi Mumbai. The locality has spacious roads, green parks such as Wonders Park, and good connectivity through the Harbour Line and Palm Beach Road. With premium schools like DPS Nerul and prestigious ones like DY Patil University in close proximity. Commercial destinations and close proximity to commercial hubs like Seawoods and Belapur make it a desirable location. Negatives: Certain regions of Nerul continue to suffer from drainage problems, and waterlogging is evident during rains and some potholes make drive slow. Some regions have occasional traffic snarls during peak hours. In spite of these slight inconveniences, Nerul remains a preferred destination for homebuyers and investors.

Positives: When we selected Nerul ten years ago, it was because of the proposed infrastructure, and it hasn't let us down. We are so conveniently connected with two railway stations and the Palm Beach Road offering easy connectivity all over Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. The locality is actually self-contained with best-in-class institutions such as DY Patil and Terna, and big chains and the scenic Wonders Park. This makes it an excellent locality for families and for value retention of properties. Negatives: The principal drawbacks, though, are chronic issues. Peak hour traffic, particularly along the principal connector roads, is infuriating and causes delays. More seriously, we've observed poor drainage in a few areas, resulting in heavy waterlogging during heavy monsoon rains. But generally, having a flat here provides us with the ideal mix of city convenience.

Positives: One of the things I like about Nerul is that it is a planned township. So, you get good and wide roads, and one of the best places for a drive is the lovely Palm Beach Road. Just a short drive will bring you to this hotspot. The best part is that the Navi Mumbai International Airport is about 20 minutes away from the locality. The airport’s going to be operational soon, and the property values will rise even further, making it a great investment. Also, Nerul has steadily become a posh area in the last 5-6 years, with lots of attractions, entertainment options, malls, etc. Negatives: Traffic congestion in the peak hours is the only thing I can say. The rest is perfect enough for me.

Positives: I enjoyed how well connected it was Nerul Railway Station is situated on the Trans Harbour and Uran lines. There were a lot of good schools, hospitals, shopping malls and markets nearby. Also, nice green areas like the Rock Garden and decent roads like Palm Beach Marg offered scenic drives. Overall living was comfortable. Negatives: Road condition of post monsoons was usually irritated me. Nightlighting and safety were poor in some areas some lanes were too dark. Narrow lanes resulted in tight vehicle movement. Although numerous amenities were present, some recreation or nightlife choices were lacking when compared to city locations I sometimes found that there was little to do locally at night.

Positives: I shifted to a small 1BHK in this locality on a rainy day, and I was immediately struck by how convenient life here is. I have great rail and road connectivity, such as Nerul station links Harbour and Trans-Harbour lines, and Palm Beach Road offers quick connectivity to Vashi and Belapur. So travelling to Mumbai or Thane is convenient. There are decent schools, markets, parks and hospitals around, and the rent is lower compared to Mumbai, which is suitable for me. Local stores, weekly vegetable markets and a busy resident community make it easy to settle. Negatives: I am worried that rush-hour traffic on major roads is terrible, there are parts with narrow lanes, slow maintenance for older civics is a drag, and increasing land costs concern affordable housing.

Positives: I just love to live in Nerul. It's so well-planned by CIDCO with wide roads and plenty of parks such as Wonders Park, and it is such a serene place. Connectivity is another big advantage with the Nerul Railway Station within reach, speedy connectivity to the Sion-Panvel Highway and Palm Beach Road, and good schools and hospitals such as D.Y. Patil and Terna. It makes daily life so hassle-free. Negatives: I have to award it 4 stars, however, due to some issues that persist. Traffic congestion is a daily irritant on the major roads. We also have sporadic water supply problems in some areas. Finally, the drainage system is not good as waterlogging can be a problem on some roads.

Positives: The locality is very well-designed with broad roads, vegetation, and a number of parks that provide the place with a serene and cool atmosphere. Connectivity is good with Nerul railway station and Palm Beach Road. Everyday life is convenient here as schools, hospitals, banks, and markets are easily accessible. The infrastructure is good with well-conditioned roads and stable public transport facilities. The area also feels extremely safe, with a nice balance of professionals and families, and the range of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity further enhance the convenience of residence here. Negatives: The one problem I do encounter occasionally is traffic jams in rush hours, but generally speaking, Nerul provides a smooth and contemporary lifestyle that I definitely love.

Positives: Honestly, I have been staying in Nerul for a couple of years now, and it's a nice place. The planning here is superb, with broad roads, good greenery, and great places like Wonders-Park and Palm Beach Road for evening strolls. Connectivity is a big advantage, like the railway station and bus service make traveling to anywhere extremely easy. Everything you may require is in proximity, from good schools and hospitals to the large malls. Negatives: But not everything is perfect. I've seen some waterlogging on heavy monsoon rains in a few low-lying pockets. There are a couple of places with potholes that urgently need filling in. The area is occupied by some of the well-known schools making it a suitable place for families. Healthcare facilities are of high quality, with Apollo and Terna Medical College being close at hand. Residents also enjoy good parks, including the picturesque Nerul Lake, making the living experience excellent. Negatives: Nonetheless, there is no place without problems. During monsoons, there is waterlogging because the drainage system is underdeveloped. Though the place is overall clean, there are some potholed roads that need repairing. In spite of all these small negatives, Nerul is still a good place to reside in, providing a well-balanced urban life.

Negatives: I just hope that house prices were slightly cheaper for first-time buyers, but apart from that, life here is great.

The commute to CBD Belapur, Vashi, or Thane is convenient. I see lots of gated communities and high-rise apartments, and it is thus favoured by young professionals and families. There are parks and open spaces, and I find the power and water supply generally reliable. Rental demand is stable, and that makes it suitable for investors. Negatives: I occasionally observe waterlogging in some low-lying areas during prolonged monsoons, so it's advisable to inspect beforehand.

Positives: I absolutely love the way the area is designed. I notice good, clean roads and well-kept gardens such as Rock Garden and Mother Teresa Garden on a daily basis. I am close to good schools such as DY Patil International and St. Augustine's High School, which is a relief for my children. Hospitals such as Sanjivani and Apollo are close by, and therefore healthcare is never a concern. I like to go out to small cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls such as Haware Centurion. The metro and railway stations provide easy access to commute to Mumbai and other areas of Navi Mumbai. Negatives: I just hope the water supply is more regular during the summers. Some areas also have minor drainage problems during heavy rainfall.

Positives: This area is wonderful always. I have lived here for years. It's wonderfully planned, with broad roads and a lot of green belts such as Wonders-Park. All the amenities are within reach, such as good schools, hospitals, and markets are within a short walking distance. The connectivity is also very good, with the railway station and Palm Beach Road making my daily travel so simple. Negatives: I only hope the areas that lack better drainage. I have experienced some waterlogging during the heavy monsoon period.

Sion-Panvel Highway and Palm Beach Road enhance connectivity. Negatives: Peak traffic during peak hours, water supply problems, potholes on certain roads, and monsoon waterlogging are issues. Pollution is also felt in congested areas.

And having the Rock Garden close is a major advantage. Negatives: The traffic is a real issue, which becomes really frustrating. Also, it has issues with the water supply in some areas, and the roads have holes.

There are many schools and colleges in the place and the Sunshine Hospital is one of the best hospitals in the area. The Nerul fish market is well known for fish and the Janta market is very popular for fruits and vegetables.
