The proposed international financial service centre will also boost commercial development near the stretch along with the Seawoods-Ulwe link from the Palm Beach Road. A diamond hub will also be developed near Ulwe in the future.Property prices have increased by approximately 3.45% in the area as per Q3 2015 and average prices stand at around INR 6, 215 per sq. ft. here for the same period.
