I appreciate it’s still somewhat green and apart from the core city noise. Although it's a bit of a drive, connectivity with several bus stops and the nearest functioning metro station, Huda City Centre, is excellent. For necessities, there are nearby institutions like St. Xaviers High School and hospitals like Sarvamangala Hospital. Particularly for large flats, rents are unexpectedly cheap. Usually, the neighbourhood is very secure and I have not seen any places prone to criminality. But the lack of planned entertainment and big shopping malls in the area as well as a striking absence of public parks or green spaces outside the primary residential community boundaries are the two gaps.

Although not centrally located, the region's main USP is great accessibility via the KMP Expressway, Pataudi Road, and the Dwarka Expressway, hence making it a very accessible investment area. Clients appreciate the simple access to business centers along the NPR and SPR; the sheer extent of open, planned growth guarantees plenty of green space. Essential social infrastructure is excellent, St. Xavier's High School is right here as is Sarvamangala Hospital. For three-bedroom flats, rental returns are excellent and cheap yet profitable. Within the numerous residential developments, safety is excellent. My only two recommendations for improvement are that to completely satisfy the residential need, the number of functional shopping malls must rise dramatically, and we need a fully operational Metro line closer than the existing bus stops.

Purchased my house in Gurgaon's Sector 89 for its excellent connections to the Dwarka Expressway, close proximity to the IGI airport and key commercial hubs, as well as its well-designed residential developments with green areas. I find pleasure in how I may quickly drive for employment and come back to a peaceful gated neighborhood. The rooftop terrace evenings with cityscape views and simple access to fresh restaurants and stores close by are what I love most. The speed of last-mile metro connection and some of the local service routes still in need of greater maintenance are two things I would want to witness change. Still, I think this place would make a very good option for long-term ownership.

Positives: Living in Sector 89, a well-designed area of New Gurgaon, really pleases my family and me. Being an owner, I value the amazing social infrastructure, especially the proximity of St. Xavier's High School and Sarvamangala Hospital. Connectivity is excellent. Bus stops abound and large roadways are readily accessible. With modern buildings, the neighbourhood seems exquisite and makes for a fantastic mix of future development and easy living.

Negative

Negatives: Rather than only depending on grocery stores inside communities, we might have more noticeable, independent commercial hubs nearby for fast daily shopping. Finally, to cover more interior routes for local commuting, the frequency of public transportation especially bus services needs a major increase.

Positives: Originally selecting Sector 89 for its great New Gurgaon location, which provides close access to NH-8 and the Dwarka Expressway, hence greatly simplifying my travel. Low-density feel with a lot of green space. Strategically positioned near respected establishments like Aarvy Hospital and RPS International School. Important influencing elements were connectivity and infrastructure growth. Living here was a very practical experience.

Negative

Negatives: The continuous problem with internal sector road development and patchy drainage in some low-lying areas annoyed most. Separately, the upkeep quality and management in my community were frequently erratic and sluggish to react. It seemed unfair in light of the exorbitant maintenance charges being paid.

Positives: Pataudi Road and NH-8 are easily reachable, therefore connecting us swiftly to Manesar and other locations of New Gurgaon. RPS International School is extremely near for education. Sarvamangala Hospital and American Oncology Institute nearby take care of medical needs effectively. Shopping is improving with the appearance of several nearby hubs and The Wellness Club Gym Xpress. As the region evolves into a self-supporting centre, the future seems bright. The entire neighbourhood is changing rapidly.

Negative

Negatives: To lower dependence on personal transportation, nevertheless, we really need the suggested metro connection to happen. Moreover, to connect us to the main metropolis more smoothly, the public transportation system including bus service still demands great development.

Positives: Living in this wonderful field feels new and hopeful. Quick access to the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48 places the community along the growing New Gurgaon corridor, therefore making commutes bearable. Nearby are universities like Delhi Public School – Gurgaon and hospitals like Aarvy Hospital. Also, I love nearby new malls, eateries, and markets are opening nearby. The rate seems acceptable for the infrastructure and future possibilities, hence I live here most. The modern developments with green areas and large roads most appeal to me.

Negative

Negatives: The metro link is still suggested but not yet completely working, and some internal roadways show major construction traffic lacking smooth completion. Still, I would advise it for anyone looking for a forward-looking rental choice.

Positives: Years ago, just as the major developments were starting, I resided in Sector 89. The favourable side was undoubtedly the site it's strategically positioned close to the Dwarka Expressway, promising excellent future link with the airport and Delhi. Given big-name construction and numerous good schools and hospitals close by, Sarvamangala had already a strong social infrastructure. It felt like a calm, deliberate region away from the ancient traffic jams of the city.

Negative

Negatives: We always handled the mess. Pervasive dust from ongoing construction, several sections of unfinished internal roadways, few last-mile public transportation alternatives, and uneven local civic upkeep overall were four main flaws that needed urgent correction.

Positives: I am quite at ease here; Sector 89 in New Gurgaon has an excellent equilibrium. Because the Dwarka Expressway speeds my work journey to Manesar and other major centres, I picked this cheap neighbourhood. Nearby facilities include Aarvy Hospital and RPS International School. Our fenced parks and societies help to preserve tranquillity and greenness. The great rental demand at the location translates into a quite steady tenancy for me.

Negative

Negatives: Three things demand work; everything else is flawless. First of all, the continuous construction outside our apartments makes the streets uneven. Second, we very much need a Metro station since the closest ones are quite too far. Thirdly, developing regions need better general waste management services. Still, I feel safe living here; safety is outstanding.
