For trips, I utilise NH8 and Dwarka Expressway; occasionally I visit the nearest metro at HUDA City Centre. For any emergency, Medanta Hospital is my go to choice. I spot GD Goenka University students nearby. I live here since my workplace is close to Cyber City and travel feels doable. Gated areas make me feel safe; I appreciate pockets of open space and greenery. Compared to central Gurgaon, I find rent reasonable. Sometimes water cuts irritate me. Here, drainage and footpaths need quick enhancement.

I advise Palam Vihar as I believe it provides the greatest bungalow-style living near the Delhi border. I believe its closeness to the airport and Dwarka Expressway sets it above others. For top institutions like Maurya School and excellent care at Columbia Asia Hospital, I would recommend it. I see locals loving the close proximity to the Palam Vihar railway station. Because the blocks are well-guarded, I believe women could find the area very safe at night. Local HUDA parks and shopping at Ansal Plaza are among my favourite past times. Here I see a decent rental yield. Still, I believe the old water pipes and fractured internal roadways require considerable work. Elegant choice here.

Since my everyday life in Palam Vihar is quiet, orderly, and family-friendly here, I am really glad residing. With broad internal roadways and good sectors, this area is rather lovely. Through Dwarka Expressway and NH-48, I am enjoying good connectivity and quick access to Gurgaon districts and IGI Airport. Near schools such DPS and Praesidium and hospitals such Columbia Asia and Manipal, I feel at ease. Gated blocks, security, and periodic patrols help me to feel safe at night also. I am really liking the parks, lush vegetation, and hiking paths for everyday exercise. I am happy that my investment offers long-term value and steady rentals. Here I am proposing faster metro connection enhancements and improved monsoon season drainage.

Positives: Palam Vihar is unique in my opinion because it has the sense of a calm residential island close to bustling Gurgaon. Though well linked to NH8 and Sohna Road offices, I believe it is not entirely centred. I lease here for work convenience; my experience is uneven. Local parks and a peaceful environment help me greatly. To arrive at HUDA City Centre Metro, I take buses and automobiles. Medanta Hospital is close, as are good schools.

Negatives: Not many, but I do like certain eateries and coffee establishments nearby. For many renters, I find rents to be moderate but still high. With no major crime spots noted, I believe this area is rather secure. I need more local companies, consistent water quality, and quicker civic services here.

I like the adjacent stores, medical facilities, and schools. Because people want to live here, I believe property values are steady. Negatives: Still, I see that some regional markets are limited and need greater diversity. In certain parts of this area, I believe trash removal is inconsistent. In some places, I also find street lights dark. Some paths, too, might be better suited for safe strolling.

Positives: Having a home in Palam Vihar gives me pleasure; my experience is quiet and stable. Because Medanta and local clinics are nearby, I believe emergency care is trustworthy. I find appealing the close distance between schools, banks, everyday businesses, and services. I travel quite simply, employing buses, cars and main roads. This sector appears perfect between the Delhi and Gurgaon boundaries. For work travel and family living, I find this location ideal. I feel secure with kind neighbours and great security. Grabbing food from neighbourhood restaurants and stores is great fun for me.

Negative

Negatives: Bad street lighting in certain lanes bothers me. I also believe that local governments must pay immediate attention to waterlogging and irregular roadways.

Positives: A year ago, I lived in Palam Vihar and found great appeal in the antiquated Gurgaon appeal. Walking the locked blocks at night gave me great security. The simple access to the Udyog Vihar office hub was my primary benefit. Most of my evenings were spent at the Palam Vyapar Kendra or the Global Foyer Mall. I enjoyed the trees around the Rezang La Memorial Park. My children studied at ITM University close by. I would visit the Aryan Hospital.

Negative

Negatives: On the other hand, I had a negative encounter with the Bijwasan junction's heavy traffic. Quick action, I sensed, was required in the sewage system. I still miss the kind neighbors.

Positives: Independent life and very calm streets define Palam Vihar's strongest point. The Bajghera flyover makes metro access to Sector 21 Dwarka quite simple. Usually, I go to the local H-Block market or visit Global Foyer Mall to buy my everyday groceries. For my morning runs, I really value the fact that some parks are well-maintained and replete with ancient trees.

Negative

Negatives: Still, I think the late-night transportation is terrible, and the roadways get way too dark. The lack of a good garbage disposal system and stray livestock seem to be the major problems. The poor security in the open lanes and the frequent power outages let me down most of all.

Positives: I dwell in this lush district. The rents seem rather reasonable. I am near the Delhi boundary. I mostly hang out at Spanish Court. I have decent door-to-door rubbish collection.

Negative

Negatives: I cannot stand the waterlogging and broken roads. Daily I have problems navigating muddy lanes. Improved drainage is absolutely essential.

Positives: I invest my money in Palam Vihar because I believe it is the greatest location for a peaceful existence next to Delhi. My view is that the closeness to the airport is a really great asset. I appreciate the mature environment and advantages offered by schools like Maurya School or Praesidium. For medical requirements, Columbia Asia Hospital has always treated me well. I believe my rental return remains strong and the region is safe.

Negative

Negatives: The absence of a close Metro stop frustrates me. Urgent attention, in my opinion, should be given to the logged water and damaged interior roads. My experience with summer power cut is very aggravating. I believe public parks are maintained quite badly.

Positives: For connection to Old Gurgaon and Dwarka, the area is wonderful. Park Hospital and Metro Hospital's medical amenities are rather useful, in my opinion. To get to the Huda City Centre metro or the Bijwasan railway station, I used shared autos and cabs. For grocery and munching, Ansal Plaza and the Palam Vyapar Kendra were among my top hangouts.

Negative

Negatives: But I found the shattered inner roadways and the heavy traffic at the Rezang La Chowk let me down quite a lot. The drainage system is, in my opinion, a major disaster, as every rain drenched my street. I believe the authorities should urgently address the ancient water lines and unauthorized parking.
