About Sector 43, Gurgaon

Sector 43 is a residential pocket along the Golf Course Road belt in Gurgaon, Haryana. It sits between Sushant Lok, DLF Phase 4, and other established neighbourhoods and falls within the Golf Course Road micromarket. The PIN code for the area is 122009. Sector 43, Gurgaon ranks 29th out of 536 localities, placing it in the upper band for overall standing.

Streets in Sector 43 are lined with builder floors, low to mid-rise apartments and independent homes. Villas and plotted houses are clustered in a few areas, with residential plots and small commercial units filling the remaining spaces. The area has a mature feel, with most plots already built and occupied. Internal roads connect back to Golf Course Road and nearby sectors, so movement in and out is relatively direct. The housing stock and surrounding social setup place the locality in a higher price bracket within Gurgaon, and demand usually comes from working families and professionals who want to stay close to key office and market zones.

Infrastructure, Connectivity & Transport

Sector 43 has a steady daily routine, so most tasks remain straightforward. Schools, clinics, and small markets are within a short drive along the inner roads and nearby sectors. Larger hospitals and supermarkets on Golf Course Road and in Sushant Lok provide additional options as needed. Internal streets are well laid out, and most areas have regular power and water supply.

Connectivity is a key reason people choose this sector. The Rapid Metro station at Sector 42–43 is nearby, providing quick access to Sikanderpur and the wider metro network. Golf Course Road links the sector to Cyber City, MG Road and NH-48 through a series of junctions and underpasses. Peak traffic can slow movement at times, but office hubs and major commercial points remain reachable without long detours. Taxis and autorickshaws are readily available, and most residents rely on a mix of metro and road travel for daily commuting.

Market Trends & Investment Potential

The property market in Sector 43, Gurgaon, shows strong activity across both ownership and rental. There are about 261 homes listed for sale and nearly 825 available for rent, indicating the rental pool is more than three times the sale stock. Resale supply is high as well, with approximately 557 properties recorded in this category, so owners continue to enter and exit the market at a steady pace. Only one new launch and one under-construction project are available. At the same time, 44 societies are marked as ready to move, which confirms that this is a primarily developed and occupied sector.

Average quoted sale prices stand near ₹15,750 per square foot, and most deals fall inside a band from roughly ₹10,000 to ₹23,500 per square foot. Rents typically range from around ₹34 per square foot, with monthly asking values starting at about ₹22,800 and rising to about ₹3.5 lakh, depending on size and finish level. Builder floors account for the core of buy-side stock, with a 53 per cent share, while apartments, independent houses, villas, and plots make up the rest. Three-bedroom homes lead the numbers with 307 units, followed by 125 four-bedroom homes and 11 two-bedroom units. On the rental side, three-bedroom homes again dominate, with about 32 per cent of the listed supply. The mix of substantial resale depth, a large rental base, and a central location keeps interest stable among both end users and investors seeking steady demand rather than short-term spikes.

Sector 43, Gurugram is considered one of the better premium residential sectors in Gurugram due to its central location near Golf Course Road, strong connectivity to Cyber City and Delhi, established social infrastructure, and proximity to metro stations like Sector 42-43 Rapid Metro. The area has a mix of luxury apartments, builder floors, and gated societies, with good access to cafes, offices, schools, hospitals, and malls. Positives include high rental demand, mature greenery compared to newer sectors, and strong resale value. Downsides are high property prices, traffic congestion during peak hours, limited new large-scale inventory, and occasional parking/internal road issues in older pockets.

5
Positives

I live here as Sector 43 is famous for its prime location. I enjoy metro access, and my experiences feel convenient. I like the gated neighbourhood and planning. I love greenery and Golf Course Road vibes. I trust Fortis Hospital and The Shri Ram School. I dislike traffic jams and expensive daily shopping.

5
Positives

I own here as Sector 43 feels premium to me. I enjoy central Gurgaon access, and my experiences stay smooth. I like Golf Course Road proximity. I enjoy greenery and calm streets. I feel proud living here and earning a strong rental yield. I face traffic pressure and poor drainage upkeep.

5
Positives

My suggestions focus on Sector 43’s fame as a premium residential hub on Golf Course Road. My experiences show high rental yields for luxury apartments. Residents get advantages from proximity to Cyber City. My suggestions highlight great resale value. However, my experiences indicate that internal road congestion and drainage need urgent improvements.

5
Positives

I suggest this locality to corporate professionals for its upscale residential segment. Residents get great facilities like luxury clubs and proximity to One Horizon Center. My experiences show it is a top-tier investment. Still, I believe the local authorities must repair the broken footpaths and improve the municipal water pressure immediately.

5
Positives

I think Sector 43 is famous for its prime location. I live right in the heart of Gurgaon. My experiences with high rental yield are amazing. The upcoming commercial hubs look great. My suggestions address two disappointments, like the erratic power cuts and the lack of green public parks for owners.

5
Positives

I live in this beautiful, upscale area. My experiences are great because I am near Sector 42-43 Metro. I enjoy Cyber Hub for fun. Paras Hospital and Amity International are nearby. I feel rents are high but worth the comfort. I suggest better waste management and more streetlights for improvement.

5
Positives

I work as a property advisor in this city. My experiences show the locality holds strong value. I suggest this area for the Rapid Metro Sector 42–43. This locality has smooth road links and local markets like Vyapar Kendra. I recommend it for steady appreciation. I flag high pricing and peak-hour congestion as concerns.

5
Positives

I love this sector for its high-end vibe. It is near Golf Course Road. Sector 42-43 Rapid Metro is nearby. Having Paras Hospital, South Point Mall, and the Global Foyer hub so close is a huge plus. However, the internal roads are quite broken, and waterlogging after rain is a nightmare for us.

5
Positives

Sector 43 has a strong social infrastructure with a high liveability rating. I love the vibe of the local cafes and hanging out at Galleria Market. The area has Rapid Metro and easy cab availability. I just hate the lack of public parking and messy garbage piles.

5
Positives

Here, my life is wonderful since there is a great deal of greenery. Being close to Galleria Market and my workplace is something I love. Nearby, Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park is adored by my family. For students, I find it quite easy. I have issues with sluggish trash pickup and power outages, though.

5
Positives

I live here, and my interactions are fantastic. For my daily journey, I use the Sector 42–43 Rapid Metro. This location is ideal for families, as it is quite secure. With Max Hospital close, life is fantastic. Nevertheless, the waterlogging and the loud noise levels bother me.

5
Positives

From my knowledge, Sector 43 is what I advise, given that it shows great demand. Every day, I see nearby businesses, Rapid Metro, and Golf Course Road aiding clients. I give it the highest importance because of premium living, safety, and parks. Two areas clients should prepare for thoroughly are traffic rush and expensive real estate.

5
Positives

Living in Sector 43 makes me quite delighted, and my daily schedule seems easy here. As a tenant, I appreciate how readily accessible grocery stores, markets, and helpers are and how much they help me. Daily Golf Course Road is my method of transit; for work at the HUDA City Centre Metro Station, I travel. For medical needs, I place confidence in Fortis Memorial Research Institute; I observe students nearby from Amity Global Business School. My office in Cyber City is why I live here. Even at night I feel secure; green parks and spotless inner roadways delight me. I believe the rent is reasonable for the area yet still high. Dependency on water tankers vexes me. I believe that improved drainage and water supply have to be updated immediately.

5
Positives

I believe it is the most expensive location for anyone working on Golf Course Road. I would advise Sector 43. Being right next to Global Foyer and the Rapid Metro is, in my opinion, a great benefit for my clients. Top schools like Amity International and excellent medical care at nearby Paras Hospital are always referenced in my recommendations. In the neighborhood HUDA parks, I see people enjoying leisurely strolls. The area is quite secure for women at night, as it remains busy and heavily patrolled. I am very fond of the high rental yield from commercial renters here. Still, I believe the ancient internal roadways and flooding during intense rains really need improvement.
