Surrounded by contemporary residential communities and trees, the area is meticulously planned and serene. The Noida Sector 50 metro station, only a few minutes away, links it easily to Delhi and the rest of Noida. Near here are hospitals like Fortis and Neo Hospital; the region boasts well-known schools like The Manthan School and GD Goenka Global School. The roads are broad and clean; the neighbourhood is quite safe. Well within reach are everyday facilities such supermarkets, groceries, and coffee shops. Better care of public areas during monsoons would be the only area where improvement might be made.

Positives: For domestic life, Sector 75 was outstanding. It was quite a relief from the older parts of the city. The great Metro connection was the best; several stations nearby, like Sector 52, made travel easy. We were near good institutions like LPS Global School and the Spectrum Mall. Because of closeness to IT headquarters, demand for rentals was always great. I enjoyed the intended design with several parks.

Negatives: Due of continuous building in nearby locations, dust pollution was quite frequent. Because of the inadequate street lights on the service roads, traveling the region at night felt somewhat hazardous. Better construction waste management and brighter public illumination are required here.
