As a renter, my proximity to my workplace in the neighbouring business area is the most useful feature for me. For my daily commuting, I use the Sector 16 and Sector 18 metro stops. For health needs, I recommend Indo-Gulf Hospital; having the nearby Government Postgraduate College is quite helpful. The rich vegetation in the nearby parks appeals me. I believe the rent is really cheap. One thing that irritates me is the inadequate parking for my bike. The antiquated sewage lines are the most urgent area of refurbishment.

Because the streets are bright and busy, I believe the area to be rather secure for women at night. For fresh air, I enjoy the neighbourhood parks.
