Positives Positives: I am somewhat glad and I like how different this area is for its mature trees and focal atmosphere. It is perfectly set close to the Sector 18 commercial center. Being a tenant is great because I can quickly reach all I require. Connectivity and nearby attractions like Worlds of Wonder are the main advantages of this location. Very nearby, I use the Sector 16 metro station.
Things to Consider Negatives: Though the area is mostly inexpensive, the rentals on the older homes strike me as extremely high. Although safety is good, some areas close to the Indira Market have noted minor snatching. I absolutely need better road care and local sewage pipe enhancements that frequently choke.

I believe a great benefit is the closeness to the Great India Place mall and DND Flyway. Having resided here for years, I have seen the industry keep its green cover wonderfully. Positives Living in Sector 27 makes me very content. The primary benefit here, in my opinion, is the central position. My experience as a renter is excellent because I am so near my office in Sector 18. Walking distance to the Sector 18 Metro station I take every day is the major benefit I see. For medical crises, I recommend Kailash Hospital; CIMT College is rather well-known locally. I rent only for business reasons. The regular police patrols make me feel quite secure. I believe this area is rather reasonable. The lack of visitor parking really irritates me. The primary issue is the ancient drainage system needing immediate upgrades before the monsoon.

Positives Positives: Sector 27 is beautiful and the ideal place for lining. Being close to the commercial centre is, in my opinion, a big advantage. Every day, I love the upbeat environment of my community. Because it is so near, Kailash Hospital experiences are really good. I love that my kids attend the nearby, prestigious Cambridge School. From the Sector 18 Metro station, I get great travel perks. I believe the area is rather secure.
Things to Consider Negatives: I am let down by the lack of enough parking for my vehicle. My proposal is to upgrade the inner lane street illumination. I have very negative encounters with the drainage during rain. I need better infrastructure.

To go across Delhi and Noida fast, I ride the Blue Line metro daily. Understanding Vinayak Hospital is only a few minutes away for any emergency makes me feel secure. Though the area is mainly apartment structures, I find the local parks' green to be appealing.

Positives Positives: Sector 27 is close to Noida. Because the Sector 18 Metro Station is close, I believe the site is really helpful. Because I quickly relate to DND Flyway, Sector 18 Metro, and main roads in Noida, I love straightforward travel. Knowing Kailash Hospital and Apollo are near for emergencies puts me at ease. Near me, Somerville and DPS are schools I feel good about. Due to patrolling and a good crowd, I feel secure here even late at night. Morning strolls close to Noida Golf Course and nearby parks are something I love. With good professional rentals, I believe my investment is justified. I advocate more rapid road repair and better drainage; monsoons need rapid correction here.
