It's one of the posh Sector of centre Noida and it's just walking distance from all amenities like metro station, malls, gym, schools hospitals, banks entertainment hubs, public transportation etc

The locality is safe & secure with ex-military personnel. The majority of the population are senior citizens as the children have moved abroad or to different locations. The area is serene and the pollution levels are under control due to trees & lush parks.
