Positives: The area is nicely planned with parks and small shops. Connectivity to Metro from Sector 50 and numerous bus stops allows easy transportation. Schools, hospitals (Neo, Cloudnine) and Spectrum Metro Mall are in the vicinity. New residential complexes provide numerous housing options. Negatives: Peak-hour traffic is poor here, and continuous construction dusts up the area. Parking is narrow in certain pockets, and some projects are delayed. Prices differ significantly across developers, so scan well before purchasing. Nevertheless, it's convenient for families and working professionals.
Positives: Sector 76 is really good, I love this. It is well-designed with parks and all my everyday requirements within walking distance. The metro station is a godsend, and I feel this is an emerging area with plenty of scope. Negatives: Traffic may be dense between office hours. There is constant construction, leading to dust and pollution, which is somewhat irritating.
Positives: I enjoy staying in Sector 76. It is a well-developed sector with parks and shopping close to homes, quality schools and hospitals, and convenient connectivity to NH-24 and the metro. Negatives: Dust from construction and project delays are routine, traffic is heavy during rush hours, civic maintenance can be slow, and rates (avg ₹9,700/sq.ft) are on the rise.
