I can tell you that the lifestyle of the residents has remarkably improved over the years. There has been a massive infrastructural development around the area. Safety and security have also improved over the years. Many facilities are useful to the residents of Mahape.

I live here as a tenant for work and since Mahape, Navi Mumbai is an industrial area there are a lot of job opportunities in this locality. It is near Navi Mumbai and you can get there by auto. The traffic condition of this locality is better than most others in the vicinity of Navi Mumbai. Multiple companies are settling in this locality.

This locality is very convenient for residents and there are many schools, colleges, hospitals, and restaurants nearby. Transportation and traffic are also good in this locality. However, water shortage is sometimes a problem in this locality but does not last long.

Public transport connectivity is pretty good and traffic maintenance has largely improved. However, public transport is barely serviceable in the village area and one has to come out to the main road to find a cab or an auto.
