Airoli, Navi Mumbai

I describe Airoli as a perfectly planned tech hub. It is beautiful because of the wide, organised sectors. Advantages for tenants include easy access to Mindspace IT Park. I visit Reliance Mall and rely on Indravati Hospital and DAV Public School. My rents feel justified. I suggest better drainage and streetlights.

I see Airoli as a strong rental and IT-driven market. I suggest it for the Mindspace office hub and fast train links. I guide clients about DAV Public School and Fortis Hiranandani Hospital nearby. However, I notice traffic congestion and limited nightlife as disadvantages of this area.

Still, I want better internal routes and parking management. My favourite spot in Navi Mumbai is this one.

I used to live in Airoli, Navi Mumbai before moving to Thane a few years back. It was a reliable IT park and home to several reputed tech companies like Cognizant, Capgemini and Accenture. The locality had some of the best green parks and well- maintained gardens, ideal for the leisure activities of the local people. The Thane Belapur Road and Eastern-Express Highway ensured good connectivity with other important areas and localities.

I have been living in Airoli, Navi Mumbai for many years now, and overall, I am satisfied with the neighborhood. I can say that the locality has very good connectivity and transportation. It is, therefore, one of the most preferred housing hubs in Navi primarily in the resale segment. The locality has several reputed schools like DAV Public School, Euro School, New Horizon Public School, and so on.

Positives: Living in Airoli made me feel good. Daily, I used bus services and the Airoli railway station. Near schools, hospitals, businesses, and shopping malls, I like it. IT offices and parks were readily accessible. Rent stayed acceptable for me.

Negatives: The waterlogging and traffic congestion at the station irritated me occasionally.
