MMRDA Secures Major Land Transfer for Rs 3 Lakh Crore Infrastructure Push

The Maharashtra government has transferred 33,954.61 hectares of government land to MMRDA free of cost. Raigad-Pen Growth Centre to be Developed as 'Third Mumbai' Business Hub

MMRDA Appointed Development Authority for KSC New Town

Environmental Concerns Surround Kharghar PMAY Project

Thane Civil Hospital Reconstruction Nears Completion, Set to Offer 900 Beds by December-End

The reconstruction of Thane District Civil Hospital (TDCH) is nearing completion and is expected to be ready by the end of December. The new facility will have a 900-bed capacity, including a 500-bed general hospital, a 200-bed women's hospital, and a 200-bed referral hospital. The project aims to strengthen healthcare services for citizens in Thane, Raigad, and surrounding districts, with 1,078 new medical and administrative positions to be created.
